My Thoughts On Doing Dips

Hey Nino…. I’m back again!

GREAT my friend… what is it?

Well Nino you’ll be happy to know today, I added a new exercise to “my” tricep routine… ok!

Awesome my friend…. what is it?

Well Nino it just happens to be one of your favorites which are….. “Dips” ok!

Gee my friend…. how did you know that “Dips” are one of “my” favorite exercises, to be doing here when I’m training “my” triceps?

Well Nino I remember awhile back here when you were discussing your tricep routine to “me”, and you stated that “Dips” were at the top of your list of favorites to be doing…ok!

Gee my friend you sure have a great memory here, because your absolutely right…ok!

Well Nino I was hoping today if you feel up to it, to get your thoughts on doing “Dips”.. ok!

Well my friend you’ll be happy to know today, that you just happen to be doing the most challenging excersise here when it comes to training your triceps…ok!

My friend that being said here…… wouldn’t you tend to agree with “me” on that assumption?

Yeah Nino…. absolutely ok!

Nino because ever since I’ve put “Dips” into “my” tricep routine, I’ve been finding out that I’m not able to do alot of reps right now… ok!

Nino that being said here…. is that ok?

Nino because I only say this for the reason that I know how much of a big fan, you are of doing alot of reps here when your training… ok!

My friend stop right there…ok!

Gee Nino…. what is it? 

My friend it’s like I just said to you which is,”Dips” are very challenging for anyone who is just starting to do them…ok!

My friend that being said here…. the last thing I expect from you right now, is you being able to knock off alot of reps ok!

Gee Nino I’m so glad to be hearing that from you right now… ok!

Nino because I’m only able to knock off, about 10 “Dips” right now…ok!

My friend just keep on doing those “Dips” here, because very soon those 10 reps are going to turn to 20 and so on…. ok!

Gee Nino I have absolutey no intentions to stop doing “Dips” here anytime soon…ok!

My Thoughts On Circuit Training

Hey Nino…. how’s it going today?

Howdy my friend…. it’s going great!

My friend that being said… how are you today?

Well Nino to be totally honest with you here, I have to say it’s going GREAT… for “me” too!

Gee my friend it’s been quite awhile here, since we’ve both been feeling the same way!

My friend that being said…. wouldn’t you tend to agree with “me” on that assumption?

Gee Nino absolutely…. I couldn’t agree with you more on that ok!

Nino that being said here…. would you like to know why,….. I’m feeling so great as well today?

My friend absolutely… please tell “me” ok!

Well Nino you’ll be happy to know today, that I stopped working out with free-weights… ok!

My friend…. stop right there ok!

Gee Nino…. what’s wrong??

My friend…. are you being serious with “me” right now??

Yeah Nino absolutely…. ok!

 My friend let “me” get this straight… ok!

My friend so what your telling “me” here today, is that you quit working out….right?

My friend how can you possibly think today, that I would actually be happy with you deciding to call it quits with your training… because I”m not ok!

Well my friend believe it or not here…. it was just last week that I also changed from working out with the free-weights, to doing some circuit training too ok!

Nino because I was hoping today that you could give “me” your thoughts, on doing circuit training… ok!

My friend then if you would like after our discussion today, we can hit the gym together and do some circuit training…ok!

Well my friend let “me” start off by saying to you today, that I was a little concerned when you said to “me”, that you stopped working out with free-weights…ok!

Gee Nino I only said that because I knew that would get you going today… that’s all ok!

Well my friend you certainly accomplished that…. ok!

My friend because I thought that I would have to work magic once again here, to try to convince you to keep on training without any excuses…ok!

Well Nino aren’t you glad today, that isn’t the case here?

My friend that being said here… lets get back to our discussion ok!

Ok my friend today I’m going to give you one very good reason why I’m all for doing circuit training here, from time to time instead of using free-weights…ok!

Ok Nino go ahead…. I’m listening!

Ok my friend as you probably found out already here, circuit training works your muscles a little differently than if you were using free-weights!

My friend that being said here…..wouldn’t you agree with “me” on that assumption?

Nino absolutely…. ok!

Nino because since I’ve been circuit training with the machines here lately, I’ve been noticing that it really focuses more on “my” form, and also allows more strict tension to stay on the muscle that I’m working… ok!

My friend once again here…. I couldn’t have summed it up any better myself, because your absolutely right ok!

My friend that being said here….. that is the main reason why I like to switch to using the machines from time to time, because it really allows “my” muscles to get a refreasher of how important form is when your training ok!

Gee Nino it sure sounds like to “me” here that I’m really starting to think, along the same lines as you now when it comes to training…ok!

My Thoughts On Doing Squats

Hey Nino…. I’m here!

Hey my friend…. as always it’s a pleasure, to see you again!

My friend that being said…. how are you doing today?

Nino I’m doing…. awesome!

My friend you sure seem to be in high spirits today…. is there a reason why?

Actually Nino…. there sure is!

Nino that being said…. would you like to know why, I’m in such high spirits today?

My friend absolutely…. please tell “me”!

Well Nino I just came from the gym, and had one of “my” greatest leg workouts to date…ok!

My friend…. that’s awesome!

My friend that being said…. what made this leg workout stand out, from all the rest that you’ve done so far?

Well Nino I’m glad you asked that… ok!

Nino because I was hoping that I could get your thoughts today regarding a certain leg exercise, that I’m really starting to enjoy doing lately each and every week that I train “my” legs!

My friend absolutely…. what’s the name of this particular leg exercise, that your really starting to enjoy doing lately here called?

Nino the leg exercise that I’m referring to you here…. are squats ok!

My friend…. did you just say squats??

Yeah Nino I sure did…. why is there something wrong with “me” liking to do squats?

My friend that being said here…. believe it or not I really enjoy doing squats also, when I train “my” legs ok!

My friend that being said…. are you ready for “me” to give you one very good reason today, why I’m a huge fan on doing squats when I train “my” legs as well?

Well my friend let “me” start off by saying to you today, that I’m extremely proud of you here lately in regards to your enthusiasm with your workouts…ok!

Well my friend I’m going to say here you really picked the most demanding leg exercises to enjoy doing, out of all the rest when it comes to training our legs…ok!

Gee Nino…. why do you say that?

Well my friend I’m glad you asked….. because I’m about to tell you ok!

Well my friend the main reason why I enjoy doing squats myself here, is because it really focuses on hitting EVERY major muscle in your legs “big time”….ok!

Gee Nino that’s funny that you should say this…ok!

Nino because ever since I put squats into “my” leg routine here, I’ve seen a dramatic increase in the overall size of “my” legs….ok!

Well my friend that is mainly because of the fact that squats allows you to build up so much blood into your legs when you doing them, that they have no other choice but to expand and grow….ok!

My friend that being said here….. that is primarily the reason why I really enjoy doing squats myself ok!

Hey Nino that being said…. what do you say we get to doing those squats together now ok?

Nino so we can continue to allow the flow of blood to enter our muscles in our legs, so they can continue to grow “big time”…ok! 

My friend great idea let’s go get the blood flowing, in those “tree trunk” legs of yours…. shall we!

The Importance Of Using Proper Form

Hey Nino… what’s up?

Hey my friend…. it’s great to see you again!

My friend that being said….. things are going ok with “me” here lately!

So my friend let “me” ask you now…. how have things been going with you here lately?

Well Nino I’m glad you asked…. ok!

Nino because the other day I was training “my” back in the gym pretty heavy, and I’m afraid I pulled a muscle!

My friend… that certainly doesn’t sound good at all!

Gee Nino I know….. tell “me” about it!

Nino that being said….. I just came from seeing “my” doctor and “he” told “me”, that I pulled a muscle in “my” lower back ok!

My friend that certainly doesn’t sound like good news, to “me” at all here …ok!

Gee Nino once again…. tell “me” about it ok!

Nino because as you know here I’ve been really focused again lately in achieving “my” “dream body”, getting myself consistently back into the gym 4-5 days a week …ok!

My friend…. would you mind if I ask you a question here?

Gee Nino absolutely not…. what is it?

Well my friend I’m almost afraid to ask this, but I have to know…ok!

My friend what made you decide to go and train heavy…. all of a sudden here?

My friend the only reason why I ask that is because of the fact that you’ve been focused here lately on doing more reps, so you can get more ripped for the summer!

My friend that being said….. is that still the case with you here?

Gee Nino absolutely…..ok!

Nino because “my” goal here by the end of the summer, is to be as ripped as you are here ….. ok!

Well my friend that certainly is not going to happen if your training heavy with the weights, and keeping your reps to under 15 repetitons….ok!

Gee Nino I know that…..ok!

Nino that being said…. I might as well tell you the bad news ok!

My friend I have a strong feeling here…. that I already know what it is ok!

Ok my friend…. I think your about to tell “me” that due to your back injury, your not going to be training here for awhile!

Well Nino as you know here if your training heavy with the weights and keeping your reps low, there’s a very good chance that your form is NOT the best…ok!

Gee my friend I think you just gave “me” a great idea here, for our next topic of discussion this week ….ok!

Gee Nino…. absolutely!

Well Nino something tells “me” today were going to be discussing how imporant it is to use proper form, when your training in the gym today!

Nino because I definitely don’t want to have to deal with another injury to “my” body, where it could cause “me” to be out of the gym even longer than two weeks….ok!

Well my friend we all know of how hard you’ve been training lately here, to achieve that “dream body” of yours …. ok!

Nino because like I said that’s one of “my” goals here that I’m determined, to accomplish successfully this year… ok!

My friend then I would strongly suggest here today, that you take this last reason that I’m about to give you very seriously…. ok!

Ok my friend…. you can be rest assured here that if you continue to use bad form when your training today in the gym, it’s going to be nearly impossible for you to achieve your “dream body” this year…. ok!

Listen my friend the only reason why I’m saying this to you is because I’ve seen alot bodybuilders in the past here, cut their careers short of them competing….ok!

Gee Nino…. why’s that?

Well my friend it’s pretty simple here… ok!

My friend due to them causing serious injuries to their bodies strictly because of them, not focusing on using proper form when their training…ok!

Gee Nino I certainly don’t want that to happen to “me”…. ok!

Nino because like I said here…. I’m determined to get “my” “dream body” this year ok!

Well my friend then I would strongly recommend here today that when you get back into the gym training in a couple of weeks, you do one thing for “me”….ok!

My friend I want you to focus more on your form…. NOT how much weight your using ok!

My Thoughts On Doing “Negatives”

Hello my good friend….. welcome back on this beautiful sunny day! Hey Nino I know isn’t it great…… spring is in the air! Yes it is my friend…… God is sure in control of the seasons here, and “he” is definitely telling us that spring is just around the corner!

Yeah Nino…. I know and I couldn’t be more excited, about spring coming! Nino because ever since our discussion last week on how to acheive that six-pack, I’ve been really focusing alot more on “my” diet and doing “my” cardio as well!

My friend that’s great news…. I am so happy to hear that your back on track, with both your diet and doing your cardio! My friend I’ll be totally honest with you here I really wish that there was an easier way, to go about acheiving that six-pack today….. but there isn’t! Gee Nino are you kidding ”me”! Nino I don’t want to take the easy road to acheiving “my” “dream body” today….. I want to take the “No Excuses” road like you!

Gee my friend I can’t tell you how proud I am of you right now, by you saying that to “me”! My friend because it really reassures “me” that I’ve been doing the job that God has instructed “me”, to do here with you week after week! My friend which is simply for “me” to continue to teach you to make “No Excuses” for yourself in you life, no matter how tough it gets at times…. you keep on keeping on until you succeed! Well Nino it’s like I’ve been telling you now for a couple of years here…. which is simply this!

Nino are you listening? Nino because I definitely don’t want to have to tell you this again after today…. ok! Gee my friend that’s usually the line that I always give to you from time to time here…… I like it once again! My friend that being said….. I’m definitely listening go ahead!

Gee Nino without any doubt whatsoever in “my” mind here today…. you definitely have been doing a GREAT job here week after week, teaching “me” about your “No Excuses” motto that I’ve been implementing more and more each day in “my” own life today! My friend that being said…. by any chance could your news today be about another new training twist, that you’ve just put into your training program?

Nino under the condtion that I get to pick the bodypart and all the exercises, that we’re going to be doing “negatives with…. ok! Gee my friend absolutely……. I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Ok my friend I’m not trying to make excuses here….. but just go easy on “me”, because as you know I have an injured right shoulder that I need to go easy on! Gee Nino absolutely….. I wouldn’t dream of hurting you! Nino because I need you to keep helping “me” with “my” training here…. not to mention with all of the other area’s in “my” life as well today!

Gee Nino that especially holds true also with you helping “me” to stay on track with “my” diet, after kind of getting off track last week! Gee Nino but thanks to you I’m back on track here this week!

Ok my friend I apologize if I sound like a broken here but I just have to say this to you once again…. which is simply this! My friend I have seen you really show “me” here lately alot of initiative to really step up your training, by you continually coming up with these new twists in regards to your training program…… keep it up!!

Gee Nino thanks….. that means alot to “me” coming from you again! Well Nino to be totally honest with you here, I’m only doing what you’ve taught me here in regards to “my” training program…. which is simply this! Nino you always keep reminding “me” to keep “my” training program interesting and fun, and change it up from time to time…. right!

My friend your absolutely right…. your definitely keeping your body and muscles here guessing lately, by you putting all these new twists into your training program!

My friend that being said… I’m about to tell you why that’s the case today ok!

Ok my friend! Well my friend as you’ve probably been finding out “Negatives” are not that easy to do, because it involves alot of muscle control on your part when bringing the weight down slowly! 

My friend…. wouldn’t you agree with “me” on that?

Gee Nino…. absolutely! Nino I also find that being case more when I train “my” chest as well here, than any other of “my” bodyparts that I train doing “Negatives” with!

Gee Nino I’m curious here…. why is it much harder for “me” to do “negatives” when I train “my’ chest than any other of “my” bodyparts??

My friend I’m glad you asked “me” that…. because I’m about to shed some light to you today, on why that’s the case ok! Ok Nino…. because I’ll be totally honest with here ever since I’ve been doing ”negatives” with “my” chest especially…. I haven’t been able to use the weight that I normally would use when I train “my” chest!

Nino that being said…. I’m kind of getting frusterated because the last thing that I want to happen here, is to start seeing “my” bench go down in weight! Gee Nino because you know how hard lately here I’ve been trying to get “my” bench to increase, but all it’s been doing here since I’ve been doing “Negatives” is…. decreasing “big time”!

Ok my friend stop right there….. guess what you just did?

Gee Nino I have no idea…. what did I just do?

Well my friend it’s quite simple! My friend you just gave “me” the #1 reason here today why I love doing “Negatives”, especially when I train “my” chest! My friend I’m trying to be funny here by saying this to you, but that’s exactly what I want to see happen here to you…. which is simply this! My friend which is the weight being lowered when your doing “negatives” with your chest….ok! My friend let “me” give you an example of why I’m saying this to you… ok!

Ok Nino go ahead….. because I’m going to write this down!

Ok my friend….. as I stated to you earlier here the key to doing “Negatives” effectively is for you, to be able to SLOWLY control the weight as your bringing it down! My friend that being said…. have you been doing that? Yeah Nino absolutely….. I’ve been doing that! Gee Nino because like I said I haven’t been using alot weight when I’m doing “Negatives” with “my” chest lately! Nino that being said… I’ve really been able to slowly control the weight and focus on “my” form, and get the “Negative” as  I’m bringing it down to “my” chest!

Great my friend…. that only tells “me” one thing!

My friend quite simply it’s telling “me” that your doing “Negatives”, the way they should be done here which is…… SLOW and CONTROLLED focusing on your form when your bringing the weight down! My friend that being said… that’s why “Negatives” are at the top of “my” list of favorites to be doing, because it really allows “me” to focus more on “my” form NOT the weight!

My friend I can’t tell you how many times here I’ve seen people at “my” gym when their trying to do “Negatives, especially with their chest hurt themselves…. simply because of this reason! My friend because their simply using way too much weight where there unable to SLOWLY control the weight, and get the “Negative” as it’s coming down to their chest….ok!

Gee Nino I think I’m beginning to understand the philosophy behind doing “Negatives”, a whole lot better now…. thanks to you today!

Ok Nino….when doing “Negatives” today with chest or any other bodypart for that matter, you should NOT be concerned with the weight that’s being used…. but focus more on SLOWLY controlling the weight as it’s coming down! Nino because doing it that way you can really feel the muscle being worked negatively…. right!

My Thoughts On Doing “Arnold Presses”

Hey Nino….. what’s up? Hey my friend you scared “me”…… I actually wasn’t expecting you for another hour yet! Gee Nino I’m sorry I didn’t mean to scare you….. are you ok? My friend that’s ok…. I forgive you! My friend as a matter of fact I was just thinking about you…. and I turn around and there you are in living color!

Gee Nino I’m sorry that I didn’t call you first to see if it was ok, for “me” to come a little early today! My friend please stop right there…. ok! Gee Nino something tells “me” that your not to happy with “me” of what I just said to you….. am I right in assuming that?

Gee my friend it’s like I’ve been telling you for weeks now… which is simply this! My friend your really starting to think along the same lines as myself more and more each and every week now, because your absolutely right I’m not to happy with you at all right now! Gee Nino I knew that I should have called first, I’ll come back in an hour….. ok!

Ok my friend hold on right there! My friend would you please have a seat because I think it’s time once again to remind you of something, that I’ve been telling you since we’ve been getting together here….. which is simply this!

My friend how many times do I have to say this to you before it sinks into your head…… I could never be unhappy with you! So my friend does that mean then that it has finally sinked into your head now that there is absolutely no need for you, to ever have to apologize to “me” for anything whatsoever ever again! Nino as I sit here today I promise you that I’ll never apologize to you for anything ever again, for as long as we’re together here….. ok! My friend you don’t know how happy you just made “me” right at this very moment, by you promising ”me” that! My friend just keep one thing in back of your mind….. ok!

My friend always remember that your a huge reason why “my” mission that God has “me” on today, is turning out to be a huge success so far! My friend like I’ve been telling you over and over again for months now…. which is simply this! My friend you’ve been helping “me come up with so many important topics of discussion so far, that many people in our society today are struggling with and are in desperate need of some guidance on!

Furthermore my friend your also helping ”me” by you playing a huge part in each and every discussion that we’ve had so far! My friend together we’ve been able to help teach these people how to deal with their certain issues that their struggling with today, with a more positive attitude and approach! Gee Nino I hope this is not a dumb question but just how exactly are we teaching these people to use a more positive attitude and approach, in handling some issues that their struggling with today in their lives?

My friend it’s quite simple how! My friend simply by us teaching them in making absolutely ”No “Excuses” any longer for themselves today, why they cannot overcome their issues that their struggling with successfully!

Gee Nino you don’t know how happy you just made “me” right now….. by you saying that to “me”! Nino I had absolutely no idea until now that I was helping you this much to help all these people come up, with a solution to their issues simply by them using a more “No Excuse”  attitude instead of them making excuses why they can’t!

Well my friend I’m glad your finally realizing just how important you are to “my” mission, in hopes of it being carried out successfully! My friend also it’s like I’ve been telling you too God brought us together not only so we can help people, but also for you to keep “me” out of trouble each and every week here!

So my friend that being said I guess we both can be happy today knowing that we’re helping alot people, and at the same time your continuing to keep “me” out of trouble by us discussing all of these important topics lately! My friend this also means that we can both continue on being happy today, while we discuss our next topic together this week…. ok!

Ok Nino definitely…. I’m ready to continue to put on “my” happy face today!

Well Nino that being said…. I have some news to tell you today that I just know is going to make that smile on your face, that you have right now even bigger! Gee my friend I don’t know if I can smile bigger than this right now….. “my” cheeks hurt! Well Nino I have a strong feeling the news that I’m about to share with you today, is without doubt going to make your cheeks hurt even more!

Ok my friend so tell “me” what’s your great news that’s going to make ”my” cheeks even hurt more, than they already are from smiling?

Ok Nino but before I tell the news…. let “me” just say that “my” biceps are still sore from doing all those “Drop Sets” with you last week! My friend that’s awesome because I’ll be totally honest with you, “my” biceps are still sore as well……. and that only tells “me” one thing!

Gee Nino…… what might that be?

Well my friend it’s quite simple why we’re both still a little with our biceps, after a week has gone by from training them! My friend basically we worked our biceps doing all those “Drop Sets” to pure exhaustion where as a result, we were barely able to get 15 reps on our last set of seated dumbell curls using ONLY 10lbs dumbells…. remember!

Yeah Nino I sure do…. because if I recall I was only able to get 8 reps with those 10lbs dumbells on “my” last set! Well my friend now you know why they call it doing “Drop Sets” simply because you end up finishing your set with such a light weight, however you can’t finish with the same number of reps of when you first started!

Ok my friend now that we both understand the philosophy behind doing “Drop Sets”….. what’s your news that you want to share with “me” today?

Well Nino as you know our discussions that we’ve had together here in the last couple of weeks, have been primarily about how I’ve been able to really step up ”my” training lately by “me”coming up with all of these new twists to put into ”my” program! Yeah my friend I know and I couldn’t be more proud of you! My friend hold on one minute here! My friend by any chance…. would the news that you have for “me” today, possibly be about another new twist that you’ve put into your training program?

Gee Nino I’m sorry to disappoint you today but “my” news has nothing to do with “me” on having another new training twist for you! Gee my friend I was really hoping today that your news had something to do with regarding your training, because I can’t tell you how much I’ve enjoyed our discussions on them latley! Well Nino hold on to that thought because “my” news that I have for you is still regarding “my” training! Nino it’s actually a new exercise that I’ve put into “my” shoulder routine, that I would like to have your thoughts on today if it’s ok with you!

Gee my friend absolutely are you kidding “me”! My friend you just made “my” smile today even bigger, by telling “me” that right now!

So my friend tell “me”…. what’s the name of this new shoulder exercise called that your doing?

Well Nino something tells “me” that your going to be very familiar with the name of this particuliar shoulder exercise…. that I’m about to reveal to you today! Gee my friend if you don’t mind “me” asking you…. why do say that? Gee Nino it should be really of no surprise to you why I say this! Nino simply because of “me” looking of how thick and rounded your shoulders are! My friend thanks I really appreciate those nice comments regarding “my” shoulders…. they mean alot to me” coming from you!

My friend and let “me” say to you I just didn’t dream and wish for “me” to have these thick rounded shoulders that you see here planted on “my” body, it took ”me” years of hard work and dedication in the gym to allow “my” shoulders to get this way!

Ok my friend that being said enough of the suspense….. what’s this shoulder exercise called?

Ok Nino I guess I can reveal it to you now it’s called “Arnold Presses”….. have you heard or done them before in your shoulder routine?

Yeah Nino I sure did…. why is something wrong with “me” doing “Arnold Presses”?

My friend absolutely not are you kidding “me”! My friend I just think “Arnold Presses” are definitely without a doubt a great exercise to do, to help you develop those thick rounded shoulders that your looking for ”big time” today!

My friend that being said again….. it would be “my” pleasure today to give you “my” thoughts on doing “Arnold Presses”! Gee Nino awesome I can’t wait to get your thoughts on this GREAT shoulder excercise, because I’ve been doing alot of “Arnold Presses” in “my” shoulder routine lately!

Hey Nino would you mind if I take some notes today on doing “Arnold Presses”?

Nino because I really think its only going to help “me” understand how “Arnold Presses” should be done! Furthermore Nino so I can make sure that I get the full benefits from doing them right, and most important to reduce the chances of “me” causing serious injury to “my” shoulders as well!

My friend absolutely not…. that’s a great idea! My friend as a matter of fact I was going to tell you to get your pen and pad ready today…. simply for this reason! My friend “Arnold Presses” are not an easy movement to do! My friend so I want to make sure that you’ve been doing them right, so you don’t end up injuring your shoulders in the process! My friend I know all to well how it feels to have a shoulder injury, because I’ve been dealing with tendenitus in right shoulder for about a year now!

Gee Nino how have you been working out with having tendentitus in your shoulder lately, let alone walk on your crutches as well? Well my friend I’m going to lie to you here….. it’s been a real struggle for “me” lately to do both! Gee Nino I give you alot credit because I don’t know of any person today who has to deal with, all of the physical obstacles that your faced with and still manage to carry on with a very positive attitude!

My friend please don’t give “me” the credit! My friend God definitely deserves all the credit and more for giving “me” that “No Excuses” attitude to keep going, no matter what I’m dealing with in “my” life today! My friend as your fully aware of that “No Excuse” attitude is a huge part why God has “me” on this mission with you today! My friend so I can help you also develop that same attitude in your life today! My friend just let “me” say I think your definitely well on your way today, in developing your own “No Excuse” attitude in your life as well!

Gee Nino I think your absolutely right….. and let “me” just say that I couldn’t have done it without your help! My friend and you can bet that I’m going to keep helping you develop that “No Excuses” attitude, until your able to apply it in every area of your life today!

Ok my friend I really think that we should get moving on to discussing “Arnold ”Presses” today, because I definitely want to make sure that your doing them right so you don’t injure your shoulders….. ok!

My friend absolutely….. what would you like know?

Well Nino I’m curious to know…. how you ended up with tendititus in your right shoulder? My friend I was waiting for you to ask “me” that…. and let just say that it wasn’t due to the fact that I was doing “my” “Arnold Presses” wrong! My friend I truly believe it’s due to all the years of training that I’ve put “my” body through, and also being a powerlifter for a short time as well!

Oh ok Nino I guess I’m ready to hear your first rule now…. to doing “Arnold Presses” the right way!

My friend rule #1….. use a weight that you can handle safely to ensure that your using the proper form! My friend and what I mean by that… is simply this! My friend I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen people at “my” gym, when their doing “Arnold Presses”, use way too much weight! My friend and as a result of that their unable to turn the dumbells inward when their coming down with all that weight, because the whole key to making “Arnold Presses” effective is that complete turn of your hands! Gee Nino I really think that it was good idea for “me”  in deciding to take some notes today on doing “Arnold Presses”! 

Gee My friend….. why’s that?

Well Nino it’s quite simple because I definitely haven’t been following… your first rule at all! My friend I’m almost afraid to ask you….. how much weight have you been using? Well Nino I think your smile is about to get a little smaller today….. because I’ve using about 60lbs! Oh my friend…. that is not smart one bit! My friend simply because that’s a good way for you to injure your rotator cuff “big time”! My friend I’ve seen it happen to people way too many times and I definitely don’t want to see that happen to you too here! My friend because your training lately as we both know, has been going extremely well!

Gee Nino trust “me” I know that! Nino and I definitely without a doubt want to keep these positive gains going, in “my” training for as long as I can! My friend and I definitely would love to see those positive gains, in your training continue as well here! 

Ok my friend that being said….. are you ready for “my” second and last rule today?

Gee Nino absolutely…. because I have a strong feeling that I haven’t been following your second rule either in doing “Arnold Presses” correctly! Well my friend I guess only time will tell if that holds true….. right! Gee Nino I had a feeling that you were going to say that to “me” again….. let’s here it!

Ok my friend rule #2 is…. DO NOT arch your back when your lifting those 60lbs dumbells over your head! My friend the main reason why I say this to you is because I can’t tell you how many people have come up to ”me”, in the past after doing their set complaining about their lower back hurting them!

Gee Nino it’s funny that you should say this because since I’ve been using 60lbs dumbells to do “my” “Arnold Presses”, I have been arching “my” back quite a bit and as result of that “my” lower back has been causing “me” some pain as well lately! Oh my friend once again….. that is NOT smart! Gee Nino trust “me” I know that now…… “big time” thanks to you! Gee Nino and you can bet the next time I do “my” Arnold Presses” I’m going to do two things different from now on, without “me” making any excuses whatsoever!

Gee Nino have you forgotton already in what they are…. after your the “one” that came up with them in the first place! Gee my friend I’m sorry we’ve discussed so much today on doing “Arnold Presses” right, that “my” mind is drawing a blank here! My friend could you please refresh “my” memory? Gee Nino since you put it that way….. sure I will! Nino because your absolutely right…. we have discussed a ton of info today on doing “Arnold Presses” right, that I would even have trouble remembering your two rules as well!

Gee Nino no problem after all that you’ve done for “me” so far….. I think that it’s time I do something for you! Ok Nino that being said…. here are your two rules again that I’m going to start following when I’m doing “my” “Arnold Presses” from now on!

Ok Nino first of all I’m going to drop the weight in half from using 60lbs to 30lbs! Nino so I make absolutely sure that I’m able to use proper form and turn my hands inward, when I’m bringing the weight down to “eye level”! Nino second of all and most important I’m going to keep “my” back from arching so much, and keep it planted to the pad on the seated bench! Oh my friend your absolutely right! My friend now it’s all coming back to “me” and your definitely speaking ”my” language now!

Gee my friend it’s quite simple…… Nino’s “No Excuse” language to doing ”Arnold Presses”right….. without you hearing that “click” in your rotator cuff! My friend I only have one more thing to say to you! Gee Nino what’s that? My friend keep “pressing on” toward that “Dream Body”…… “No Excuses”!

My Thoughts On Doing “Drop Sets”

Howdy my good friend…. how are you doing on this bitter cold winter afternoon? Gee Nino I’m doing ok and your not kidding…. yes it is sure cold out there today! Gee Nino that being said…… would you like to hear something funny that happened to “me”, on the way here to meet you this afternoon?

Gee my friend sure why not because I definitely haven’t had a good laugh in quite awhile, since we’ve been together here week after week! My friend it’s like I told you awhile back which is simply this! My friend God wants us to take the time that we spend together here week after week very seriously in discussing the many issues, that many people today in our society are facing and are in desperate need of some guidance on!

My friend on the other hand remember God also expects us to have some laughs here from time to time, to break up the mood from “serious” to “funny”! My friend because it will definitely help us to stay focused on our mission together, and also it will prevent us from getting bored with one another here week after week!

Gee Nino don’t worry I’ll never get bored of you! Nino it’s like I’ve said to you time and time again here! Nino I really have enjoyed all these great topics that we’ve discussed to this point! Nino simply because I’ve learned so much and I’ve been using alot of the great info that you’ve given “me”, from alot of these topics so far to really help “me” in alot of area’s in my life especially in ”my” training lately!

Gee Nino as a matter of fact I just got done having “my” protein shake and three rice cakes with some natural peanut butter and jelly on them! My friend I’m so glad to hear you say that because I guarantee you one thing, your muscles are thanking you ” big time” for feeding them the right nutrients at the right time so they can keep on growing and repair themselves!

Gee Nino absolutely not….. you know as well as I do now that is nothing but “serious” stuff! Gee Nino but what I’m about to tell you next is going to make you laugh “big time” I guarantee you!

Well Nino after I got done feeding my muscles I got into my car to come here today, and I totally forgot how to get here! Nino I actually had to look at the map to get the directions! Ha Ha Ha….. Gee my friend that is funny considering after what you’ve been saying to me pretty much every week here! My friend which is simply that you cannot wait to get here to discuss our next topic together!

Hey my friend don’t be embarrassed one bit because that happens to me quite a bit! My friend for instance just a couple weeks ago around Christmas I completely lost all sense of direction, in how to get to my grandmother’s house who I don’t get a chance to go and see very often!

Gee Nino I think God might be trying to tell you something here!

Well Nino I think God is telling you that you should go visit your grandmother more often, not just over the holidays! Gee my friend I think your absolutely right with that assumption consider it done…. no more excuses!!

Gee my friend I couldn’t agree with you more because all of this suspense surrounding your latest training twist, is really making me excited today! Ok Nino hold on to your excitement because here it comes! Well Nino have you ever heard of or done ”Drop Sets” before in your workouts? Gee my friend I can’t believe what you’ve just done once again here! Gee Nino from the tone of your voice something tells “me”, that this might be another one of those “special” days for us!

My friend you couldn’t be more right once again because not only am I familiar with doing “Drop Sets” in my workouts, but you were definitely right on when you said earlier that I would love doing them! My friend this is definitely without a doubt going to be our second topic of discussion since we’ve been together, that we’re in total agreement on!

Ok my friend that being said I guess it’s no surprise today in what our next topic of discussion, this week is going to be about then! Gee Nino let me take a wild guess and say that your going to give me your thoughts on doing “Drop Sets”….. right! Gee my friend it’s like I’ve been telling you lately which is simply this! Gee Nino since I’m a roll today figuring out things for you let me take another wild guess here and say, that I probably won’t be needing my pen and pad this week either since we both agree on doing “Drop Sets”……. right?

My friend your definitely without a doubt batting a thousand today because your right once again with that assumption, so I give you the permission to just sit back and relax today while I give you my thoughts on doing “Drop Sets”…… ok! Gee Nino thanks because I definitely could use a break from writing this week, because my writing hand is still recovering from “me” writing a ton of information on our discussion last week! Well my friend just like the commerical says you deserve a break today!

Gee Nino does that mean that your going to treat me for some Mc Donalds after our discussion today, on doing “Drop Sets”? My friend that was a nice try instead how about if I treat to another workout with “me”, and we’ll train our biceps together doing all ”Drop Sets”! Gee Nino you certainly know how to spoil the fun…… ok you got a deal!

Ok my good friend before I go ahead today and give you my thoughts on doing “Drop Sets”, let me just say to you I really like what your doing lately in regards to your training program! Gee Nino if you don’t mind me asking you what am I doing that’s so special with my training lately, that seems to have you so excited about in the last couple of weeks here? Well my friend it really should be of no surprise to you in why I’m so excited in what your doing with your training program as of late…. which is simply for this reason!

My friend are you listening because this is huge for you to know also like I’ve been telling too lately, it really shows “me” that you’ve matured quite a bit with your knowledge in regards to your training as well!

Yeah Nino I sure am…… I’m actually excited about this! Well my friend it’s quite simple here in why I’m saying all this to you today! My friend simply because your taking it upon yourself to add some variety into your training program lately, by you going ahead and implementing all these new twists without “me” telling you! My friend if that definitely right there doesn’t show you that you’ve matured quite a bit in your training lately, I certainly don’t know what will convince you of that fact! My friend great job keep those new twists coming!

Gee Nino thanks that definitely means alot to “me” coming from you! Nino and you can bet that I’ll have another new training twist, to share with you soon! Gee my friend I can hardly wait but before that happens let me now give you my thoughts on your current twist…… doing “Drop Sets”!

Ok my friend I’m going to jump right into it and give you two reasons why I love doing “Drop Sets” as well, because I want to get to training those biceps with you later until they literally drop to the floor! Gee Nino I can hardly wait for that to happen! Ok my friend here comes reason #1! Well my friend I believe the name says it all in what we’re supposed to be doing, with each set that we do with this program!

My friend can you tell me what that might be? 

Ok Nino I believe I know the answer only because I’ve been doing it myself… for about a week now! Ok my friend let’s….. hear it! Well Nino I believe that we’re supposed to drop the weight at least in 5lbs increments with each set that we do, without taking any rest in between them and still try to get the same number of reps as when we first started! My friend your absolutely right but have you been finding out, that it’s easier said than done!

Yeah Nino I sure have and I wanted to ask you why is that…. shouldn’t it become eaiser to get the same number of reps as we drop the weight! My friend your right because if we do the math it should become eaiser to get the same number of reps, as we drop the weight but in reality it’s not supposed to get easier! My friend that is one very good reason why I love doing “Drop Sets”…. because it really puts “my” muscles through a true test of endurance! Furthermore my friend it also puts “my” will to a test to see if I have that mental toughness that it takes for ”me”, to still be able to get the same number of reps with each and every set that I do as when I first started! 

Ok my friend are you ready to hear my last reason today in why I love doing”Drop Sets” so much?

Yeah Nino I sure am…… because I want to get to our bicep workout! My friend and so do I so I’m going to make my second reason short and sweet! My friend reason #2 is simply this….. I just LOVE the challenge! My friend because it really puts my motto of “No Excuses” to the test! My friend no matter how tough it’s getting for “me” to get the same number of reps as when I first started even though the weight is lighter, I will not quit until I get that magic number of at least 15 reps in every set! Gee Nino now that’s what I call in having “Determination” to get the job done, no matter how tough it’s getting on you and your muscles to get through each and every set!

Well my friend believe or not you’ve been showing “me” alot of “Determination” yourself as of late…. do you know why I say this? Gee Nino I’m not trying to be negative here but I’m definitely not one to be known to have alot of “Determination” in my life! Well my friend like I said I have news for you because that’s definitely not the case for you any longer….. simply for this reason!

Well my friend it’s quite simple why I say that you’ve been showing “me” alot of “Determination yourself lately! My friend because by you coming up on your own with all  these new training twists into your training program lately, is definitely more than enough proof for “me” and should be also for yourself without any doubt whatsoever that your very determined to keep your training going for a very long time! Gee Nino since you put it that way I guess I do have a little “Determination” going in my life!

My friend believe or not but you’ve had the “Determination” all along…… I think you just had to have another person tell you that to make you realize it for yourself! Gee Nino thanks for finally making “me” realize that I certainly do have alot of “Determination” in my life as well! My friend no thanks necessary because this is part of “my” mission that God has me on, to make you realize certain good traits that you have in your life that your unaware of today!

Ok my friend that being said…… are you ready to go to the gym with me and do some “Drop Sets” with our biceps now? Gee Nino absolutely and you can bet that you’ll be seeing alot more of that “Determination” on my part come into play, because I’m determined to keep up with you no matter how hard it gets on “my” biceps… ”No Excuses”! The Importance Of Eating Right After Your Workout

Hello my good friend it’s great to see you once again here…. as always! Hey Nino and the same holds true for me as well! Gee Nino something tells me that our meeting today is going to be very meaningful for me, so I brought my pen and pad with me just in case! Gee my friend that sure sounds like to me that your anticipating, another one of my valuable lessons in our discussion today! Well Nino I guess only time will tell if that holds true as you would sometimes tell “me” from time to time…. right!

Gee my friend you are definitely without a doubt not only starting to think like “me”, but also starting to talk like “me” as well now!

Gee Nino I know and I know for a fact that’s definitely…… a good thing!

So my friend that being said…. is there something on your mind that you want to talk to me about today? Gee Nino not that I could think of at the moment but if there’s something that pops into my head, that I want to talk to you about today I’ll definitely let you know! Well Nino do you remember our discussion last week we had on doing “Super Sets”?

My friend as a matter of fact God and I remember quite well because if my memory serves me right that discussion we had, ended up being a very ”special” one at that since we’ve been together! My friend would you tend to agree with me on that assumption? Gee Nino absolutely…. I sure do! Nino because I believe if my memory serves me right our discussion we had on doing “Super Sets”, was actually the very first one since we’ve been together that we both were in agreement on!

My friend your absolutely right…. and I have a strong feeling that its going to continue with our next topic of discussion today as well!

Ok my friend that being said…… what did you want to tell me?

Well Nino I just wanted to let you know that since I’ve been “super” setting all of my exercises in my workouts lately, all my muscles in my entire body have been really worked to the “max”  that I’ve never had them burn like this before since I’ve been training! Gee Nino would you consider that due to the fact that my muscles, have been burning so much…. a good thing or a bad thing?

Well my friend before I respond to your question….. can I tell you something? Gee Nino absolutely…. go right ahead! Ok thanks my friend! Well my friend I just want to let you know how proud I am of you, with your training as of late! Gee Nino if you don’t mind me asking…. why’s that? Well my friend I think it’s pretty simple why I say this! My friend simply because in our last couple of discussions we’ve had on training lately, you’ve really shown me alot of heart and desire to really bring your training up to the next level!

Gee Nino thanks I appreciate that but that’s only because of one simple reason! Gee my friend and what might that reason be? Gee Nino I believe the reason is quite simple and apparent by now because you’ve really helped me, develop a “No Excuse” attitude since we’ve been together in just about anything that I do in my life now!

My friend God and I are so glad to hear you say because helping you develop a “No Excuse” attitude is what my mission that God has me on is all about! Well Nino I’ll say it again…. your doing a great job! Well my friend it’s like I’ve said don’t thank me….. thank God for bringing Vanessa, Mark and Tom into my life for making Nino’s Mission possible!

Ok my friend that being said once again…. let’s get back to your question that you asked me earlier shall we!

Ok Nino and I have a strong feeling that your going to tell me that it’s definitely a good thing, that my muscles are burning so much when I’m “super” setting!

Gee my friend its like I told you earlier you are no doubt starting to think along the same lines as myself lately, because your absolutely right on with that assumption! My friend I know all to well how it feels when your “super” setting exercises and your muscles are burning beyond beleif, just ask my legs they’ll tell you simply this and I quote! “Gee Nino how do you expect us to support you on your crutches all day…. if we can barely stand”!

Well my friend let me just tell you that I love that feeling and you should as well because you know that your muscles, are being worked and more blood is being pumped into them so they can grow! So my friend I know in order for our muscles to get the full benefit of a “super” setting workout or any workout for that matter, we need to go home and feed them with the proper amount of protein, simple carbs, and fats right away! 

My friend wouldn’t you agree with “me” on that assumption?

Gee Nino I have a strong feeling that your not going to pleased with my answer! So Nino that being said to be totally honest with you, I haven’t been eating anything whatsoever after any of my workouts since I’ve started training! My friend if you don’t mind asking you can you give me one good reason, why you haven’t been eating anything after your workouts? Well Nino to be totally honest with you I’m just not hungry at the time! Nino I usually wait a couple of hours after my workout, before I go ahead and eat something!

Well my friend you’ve done it once again!

Gee Nino let me take a wild guess again…. Hmm I believe I’ve just come up with are next topic of discussion this week! Gee my friend once again you couldn’t be more right with that assumption! Gee Nino let me go off on a limb and also say to you that I have feeling that I’m going to be receiving another one of your valuable lessons…… this time around on why it’s so important for “me” to be eating right after my workouts!

Gee my friend your two for two today because your absolutely right again! Well Nino I guess that it would be safe for me to say then, that both my pen and pad are going to be back to good use this week….. unlike our discussion last week when I didn’t need them! Yeah my friend your right but that’s ok! My friend because it’s like I’ve told you these are the types of weeks that I love when I have to put on, “my” teachers cap to teach you something important!

Ok my friend listen up because I’m going to get right to the point today, why you need to be putting the necessary nutrients into your muscles soon after you finish working them! Ok Nino my pen and pad are ready for action…. let’s hear it!

Well my friend first of all…. did you know that there is a general rule of thumb that we all need to follow right after our workouts today, in order for our muscles to receive the full benefits from each and every workout that we do! Gee Nino to be totally honest with you I was unaware of there being a rule, that I need to be following after my workouts!

Gee Nino what might that rule be?

Well my friend I’m glad you asked because I’m about to tell you that important rule that your going to start implementing, after each one of your workouts from now on without any excuses!

Ok my friend here’s the rule that pretty much all bodybuilders today live by, after there done tearing up their muscles! My friend they simply go home and within 45 minutes following their workout they go and feed their muscles, the necessary nutrients they need in order for them to grow and repair themselves! Gee Nino I had no idea until now that I needed to be doing this…. so soon after my workouts! Well my friend now you do! Listen my friend I’m only trying to help you get the full benefit of each and every one of your workouts, because I can’t stress to you the importance of eating within that 45 minute spand!

Gee Nino I’m almost afraid to ask you this but this is the only way that I’m going to learn today, on why it’s so imporant for me to be eating within 45 minutes after my workouts! Gee my friend how many times do we have to go through this you shouldn’t be afraid to ask me anything….. what would you like to know? 

Well Nino as you know as I stated earlier to you I definitely haven’t been following the 45 minute rule, in where I need to be feeding my muscles following my workout! Yeah my friend I know and let me just say one thing to you about that ….. are you listening?? Yeah Nino and I have a strong feeling that your about to tell me that I won’t be waiting two hours after my workouts anymore, until I decide to go ahead and feed my muscles…. right!

Gee my friend you took the words right out of my mouth…… because your absolutely right! My friend and here is one good reason why that’s the case…… get ready to write this down!

Well my friend it’s pretty simple in what that reason is! My friend which is simply almost all bodybuilders know today that right after an intense workout, it is crucial for them to get the highest quality of glucose, amino acids and creatine into their bodies it they want their muscles to keep on growing! Gee Nino I know for a fact that I haven’t been doing any of that! Yeah my friend I know that but I have news for you today, your definitely going to start doing that now without any excuses whatsoever….. right!!

Gee Nino absolutely….. you can count on it!

So Nino that being said…… what do you recommend I start eating right after my workouts then? Nino so I can definitely make sure that my body gets all these necessary nutrients that your talking about here, in order for my muscles to keep on growing! Gee Nino because as you know I’ve been training so hard lately, the last thing that I want to see happen is for my muscles to stop the growing process!

My friend I had a strong feeling that you were going to ask me that because I definitely, don’t want your muscles to stop the growing process either! So my friend that being said…. get ready to write down this very imporant piece of info so we can definitely make sure that it doesn’t happen!

Ok my friend and I only know this because when I used to train with Vanessa she would always remind me after working out, to go home and feed my muscles these three specific things! My friend which is simply one scoop of whey protein followed by three plain rice cakes, with natural peanut butter and natural jelly! My friend I promise you that if you start today and go ahead and feed your muscles these three imporant key nutrients everyday following your workouts, there is absolutely NO WAY that your muscles can stop the growing and repair process that we all want to see happen!

Gee Nino I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you opening up my eyes today on how important it is for me, to get the right nutrients into my body quickly following my intense workouts! Gee my friend that sure sounds like to me that I’ve convinced you to stop waiting two hours, after your workouts anymore before you go ahead and feed your burning muscles! 

Gee Nino you couldn’t be more right with that assumption! So Nino that being said…. guess what I’m gong to go home and do now? Gee My friend I have no idea….. what might that be? Gee Nino Com mon I know you know the answer! Gee my friend to be totally honest with you I must have forgotton….. can you refresh my memory! Gee Nino ok since you put it that way……. sure I”ll help refresh your memory!

Well Nino it’s quite simple in what I’m going to go home and do now! Gee Nino since its already been a couple of hours since I worked out I need to go home, and feed my burning muscles now because I’m way past that 45 minute window! Oh that’s right my friend thanks for reminding me, I need to go home and eat as well because its now been 30 minutes since I worked out!

My Thoughts On Doing “Super Sets”

Hey my good friend…. it’s great to see back! My friend I’ll be totally honest with you I was expecting, a phone call from you this morning! Gee Nino why’s that? Well my friend it is the middle of December and we’re already seeing some wintry conditions on the roadways, so I was expecting a phone call from you canceling our meeting today!

Gee Nino are you kidding me! Nino do you really think a little snow is going to stop me, from attending our weekly meetings together! Gee Nino it’s like I’ve been telling you I look forward to our meetings each and every week, because the time that we’ve spent together so far has really been beneficial for “me” lately in many area’s of my life!

My friend I just want to let you know that the same holds true for me as well, because it’s like I’ve been telling you since the beginning of my mission! My friend which is simply you’ve helped me come up with alot of important topics so far, that many people in our society today are in need of some guidance on!

My friend so that being said once again…. what do you say we keep the ball rolling and get to our next topic of discussion today?

Well Nino first of all to answer your question my training has been going great lately, ever since you convinced me to go back to doing your high reps! Gee my friend that certainly is great news…. I’m so glad that you decided to go back to the high rep training program! Gee Nino actually that’s not the news that I wanted to fill you in on today! Oh ok my friend I guess I jumped too soon! So my friend if your news isn’t about you going back to doing your high rep training program….. what is it then??

Well Nino I have a feeling that the news that I’m about to share with you in regards to “my” training, is even going to make you more happier with me today! Gee my friend I have to say to you that this would be the first time since we’ve been together, that you’ve been able to make “me” happy with you twice in one day!

Well Nino now that I’m back full force doing your high rep training program, I decided to add a new twist to it that I really think that your going love “big time”! Oh really my friend… hmm you kind of have me really curious on what your new twist is, because I certainly don’t have a twist in “my” high rep training program!

Gee my friend I’ll be totally honest with you but I’m definitely not used to having a discussion with you, that we’re both in agreement on…. wouldn’t you agree? Gee Nino tell me about because I’m definitely not used to the fact, of “me” not having to write anything down on my pad! Well my friend I guess we’re going to have to start getting used to it because I have a strong feeling as time goes on here, we’re going to be agreeing on alot more topics of discussions that we’re going to be having together!

Ok my friend that being said I think you better get moving here, because I want to get a chance to do some “Super Sets” with you later! Yeah Nino me too so hurry up and give me your two reasons here, before I start super setting some close grip push-ups and reverse dips right here on my chair! Gee my friend I’ve never seen you this excited before to do a workout……. hang on because here come my two reasons!

Well my friend the first reason why I love to ”Super Set” exercises in my workouts I would have to say, because it really allows the muscles that I’m working on that day to be totally confused! Ok my friend I see that confused look on your face again, so I’ll give you an example of what I”m talking about here!

Well my friend ever since the operation that was done on “me” to try to correct my feet but ended up failing, my doctors have told me repeatedly that I really need to build up the strengh in my legs so I would be able to support myself on my crutches better! Well my friend I felt the best way for me to build up that strength in my legs then, was to start “super” setting the heck out of them! Gee Nino that must have been very difficult for you to do! Well my friend I’m not going to lie to you here but….. Yes it was difficult for me but I knew that there were ”No Excuses” for me at this point!

So my friend I started to “Super Set” three leg exercises back to back which were…. Leg Extentions right to the Leg Press and then Squats! Gee my friend let me just tell you after doing that a total of four times around my legs were totally confused, because I was jumping around all over the place! Ok Nino I think I know what you mean now about doing “Super Sets” to confuse the muscles that your working on!

Ok my friend let’s hear it!

Ok Nino I believe I was doing the same thing that you were doing “super” setting different excercises for your legs back to back, when I was joking around with you earlier and said to you that I was going to start “super” setting close grip push-ups and reverse dips together! So I guess Nino it would be safe for me to say then, that I was confusing my tricep muscles by doing that….. right!

Gee my friend you absolutely right on…… with that assumption!

Ok my friend now for my last reason why I love to “Super Set”…… are you listening?

Well my friend as you just found out by “super” setting different excercises for the muscles that are being worked their being confused, but it’s also doing another thing that I love! Gee Nino what might that be? Well my friend I guess it would be safe to say by performing different exercises back to back with absolutely no rest….. wouldn’t you agree that your building your muscle endurance at the same time as well?

Gee Nino that’s funny that you should mention that because ever since I starting “super” setting “my” excercises, I’ve been finding that my endurance has gotton alot better! Well my friend and that is my second reason why I just love to “Super Set”, because I definitely need that increase in endurance…… especially when it comes to training my legs!

Ok my friend there you have it now you have my thoughts…. on why I love doing “Super Sets” as well! So my friend that being said……. what do you say that we get out of here today, and catch another workout together this time around doing all “Super Sets”? Gee Nino I thought that would never ask….. absolutely! Nino but only under one condition! Ok my friend and what might that condition be? Well Nino under the condition that I can pick the muscle and the exercises….. that we’re going to be ”super” setting together! My friend I wouldn’t have it any other way….. let’s go “Super Set”!!

My Thoughts On The One Rep Max Program

Hey my friend welcome back! My friend how’s it going with you on this rainy day? Gee Nino I’ll be be totally honest with you, but I didn’t feel like coming today! Gee my friend that sure doesn’t sound like you usually you can’t wait, to get here and tell me some great news that you have for me!

Well Nino as a matter of fact I do have some news to share with you today, but I wouldn’t necessarily call the news great by any means whatsoever! Gee my friend is everything… ok with you? Gee Nino to be totally honest with you I’ve been really sore with my workouts lately, and as a result I had a really hard time of getting out of bed this morning to get here! My friend would it be safe for me to say then that the main reason why you didn’t feel like coming today, is due to your body being sore from your workouts then!

Gee Nino your right on target once again…. because your absolutely right with that assumption! Gee my friend you should consider it a good thing when you can’t get out of bed, due to your muscles being sore…. because that only tells me one thing!

Gee Nino and what might that be?

Well my friend it’s pretty simple which is simply that “my” high rep training program that you’ve been doing lately, is really paying off for you because your muscles are being worked until their fatigued and that’s what’s going to make them grow! My friend I just want to take this time and tell you how proud I am of you, of you sticking with doing the high reps as long as you have because it’s definitely not an easy thing to do at all!

Gee Nino before you say anything further there’s something that I have to tell you! Gee My friend absolutely…. go right ahead! Oh my friend hang on a minute I have one more thing to say to you, before you tell me what’s on your mind!

Ok Nino sure what is it?

Well my friend I just want to encourage you to keep on training through your muscle soreness, because all those reps that you’ve been dong lately is going to pay off for you! Ok my friend I just thought that I would say that to you so you keep training hard, and pressing on torwards your goal to acheive the body of your dreams!

Ok my friend the floor is yours….. what’s on your mind?

Gee Nino after what you just told me it’s going to make what I’m about to tell you alot harder for me to say, because I don’t want to disappoint you or for that matter you be unhappy with me either! Gee my friend how many times do we have to go through this until you understand…. which is simply this! My friend there is absolutely nothing that you can say to me or do, that would allow me to be disappointed or unhappy with you!

Furthermore my friend just for the record as a matter of fact I couldn’t be more happy with you lately, because it’s like I’ve been telling you week after week! My friend which is simply you’ve definitely matured a great deal in alot of area’s of your life, since we’ve been togeter and that is not easy for anyone to do today!

Ok my friend that being said hopefully for the last time….. can you now please tell me what’s up?

Gee Nino your absolutely right I shouldn’t be afraid to tell you anything by now, because you’ve done nothing but help me! Gee my friend you’ve already made my day so whatever it is that your about to tell me, is not going to change that one bit! Ok Nino here it is! Well Nino as a matter of fact I haven’t been doing your high rep training program lately so I think it would be safe to say, that’s not the reason why I’ve been so sore lately!

Gee my friend I’ll be totally honest with you but I’m quite surprised I really didn’t expect that response from you! My friend because I’ve been doing my high rep training program for a long period of time, and let me tell you my muscles are sore everyday by doing it! So my friend if you haven’t been doing my training program lately that’s causing you to be so sore…. what type of training program have you been doing then? Well Nino before I answer your question do you remember awhile back when we discussed how important it is, to change up our training program from time to time so we don’t become bored with it?

Gee my friend as a matter I do! My friend let me just say to you how impressed I am of you that you even remember our discussion on that topic, because that definitely was awhile back! My friend that definitely tells me that you’ve been paying close attention to the topics, that we’ve discussed so far lately! Yeah Nino your absolutely right I have been paying attention and I’ve been taking, every advice you’ve given me so far to heart! Well Nino that being said I think that you’ll be happy to know, that I’ve taken your advice once again…. and changed up my training program!

Gee my friend that’s great news! My friend why did you think that I would be unhappy or disappointed with you, by you changing up your training program? Gee Nino I don’t know! Well my friend don’t keep me in suspense any longer…… what type of training program are you doing? Ok Nino have you ever heard of a program called…. “The One Rep Max Training Program”? My friend as a matter of fact ….I have heard of it! Well Nino I’ve been doing it for three weeks now and I just love it!

Gee my friend if you don’t mind me asking….. what do you love about your new training program? Gee Nino absolutely not because I just know that your going to approve, of me doing this new training program! Well my friend I guess only time will tell if that certainly holds true….. so let’s hear it!

Ok Nino for starters I only have to do one rep of as much weight as I can possibly do… and that’s it! Gee Nino and what I like about that is that I certainly don’t have to worry about burning myself out, like if I were doing the high reps! Gee Nino and let me just say by doing this “One Rep Max ”Program” I excert all my strength for that one rep, that my muscles and body are already fatigued “big time”! Furthermore Nino the best part of doing this new training program is that I’ve had alot of girls lately, have come up to me to say how impressed they are of me lifting all this weight!

Ok Nino that being said….. so what are your thoughts on my new training program? Well my friend let me first say to you… that I’m very impressed! Gee Nino I just knew that you would love my new training program, because I’m lifting a ton of weight….. right! Well my friend not exactly! My friend what I’m so impressed about is that you just came up with our next topic of discussion today!

Gee Nino let me take a wild guess and say that your going to give me your thoughts today, on “The One Rep Max Training Program” that I’m doing! Gee my friend you’ve just impressed me again…… because your absolutely right!

Well my friend it’s like I stated to you eariler I’m very familiar with “The One Rep Max Program” that your doing, and I’ll be totally honest with you I’m not a big fan of it one bit and I’m going to tell you why today I feel this way! Gee Nino why do I have a feeling today that I’m going to receive another valuable training lesson from you, that could cause my new training program to be short lived just like all the diets that I’ve tried have been also!

Well my friend I guess only time will tell again… if that holds true! Well Nino I think that you’ll be happy to know, that I brought my pen and pad today just in case!

Great my friend because you can be assured that both your pen and pad, are going to be put to good use today!

Great my friend…… here we go again!

Well my friend let me just say one thing to you before we get started which is simply my objective today, is ONLY to give you my thoughts on “The One Rep Max Training Program” that your doing! My friend after which the decision wether or not you want to continue doing your new training program, is going to be left totally up to you! My friend because it’s like I said to you earlier you’ve matured a whole lot, since we’ve been together and I feel confident that you’ll make the right descision!

Gee Nino do you really think that I’m ready to start making… my own training decisions? My friend absolutely and I have a strong feeling that God does too! Ok my friend that being said now I’ll give you my thoughts, on your new training program!

Ok my friend…. listen up!

Well my friend if anybody is familiar with “The One Rep Max Program” today it’s “me” because this brings me back to my powerlifting days! My friend do you recall the discussion we had awhile back, when I was training for a Bench Press competition? Gee Nino I sure do and I’m still amazed, by how much weight you pressed! Well my friend believe or not I was on the same exact training program, that your on now for two months in order for me to prepare for the competition!

My friend I’m not going to go back and tell you every detail because we already discussed alot of it, but there something that I want to share with you that happened to “me” right after I set the bench record!

Gee Nino what happened to you?

Ok my friend this might be a good time for you.. to start writing!

Ok Nino I’m ready and I have my ears on!

Great my friend because I have a strong feeling of what I’m about to tell you is without a doubt, going to help to decide today wether or not your going to continue with your new training program! Well my friend right after my bench meet I ended up taking a few months off of training in the gym! Yeah Nino as a matter of fact I remember you telling me that and if my memory serves me right, it was due to all the heavy training you were doing for those couple of months! Gee my friend you have a great memory because your absolutely right, but there’s another good reason why I had to take time off!

My friend! Would you like to know what that other reason was?

Gee Nino absolutely because if its going to help ”me” decide today wether or not to continue doing the “One Rep Max Progam”…… I definitely need all the advice you can give me! Ok my friend here comes the other reason why I had to take time off…. listen up! Well my friend right after my bench press contest I ended up severely pulling ”my pectorial muscles, and let me just say that wasn’t fun one bit! My friend if that wasn’t bad enough it was even a challege for me to walk on my crutches everyday, because I would just be putting even more strain on “my” pecs and that was the last thing that I wanted to happen!

My friend! Do you get the point that I’m trying to make to you here?

Yeah Nino I certainly do which is simply this! Gee Nino if I continue doing the “One Rep Max ”Program” I could very well be one rep away, of severely injurying myself to the point where I might not be able to train for months or for that matter ever again! Gee my friend I couldn’t have sumed it up any better myself!

So my friend by you saying that to ”me” does it mean what I think it means! Gee Nino it sure does which is simply as of today I’m done with “The One Rep Max Program”! Nino because I definitely have no intentions of cutting my traning career short, due to an injury that could have easily been avoided!

Gee Nino I really appreciate you giving me your thoughts today on “The One Rep Max “Program, because I have a strong feeling if I continued with this training program our next meeting might have been in the hospital! Well my friend I don’t think you have to worry about that anymore! Hey Nino what do you say we get out of here and catch… one of your high rep workouts together? Gee my friend now your talking my language again…. let’s go pump some Iron!!
