My Thoughts On Doing Up-Right Rows

Hey Nino I’m sorry I’m late today, I just came from the gym…ok!

Nino that being said here… I was wondering if I could get your thoughts today, on a new shoulder exercise here that I’m thinking about adding, to “my” daily shoulder routine?

Nino because I didn’t want to start doing them here… until I had the chance, to talk to you first about it here today ok!

Nino because the last thing that I want to do here today, is to injure my shoulders from “me” not doing the exercise correctly using the proper form here..ok!

My friend say no more… consider it done here today ok!

My friend that being said here… what’s this new shoulder exercise called?

Well Nino it just so happens to be called…. “Up-Right Rows” here today ok!

My friend…. did you just say, “Up-Right Rows” here today?

Yeah Nino… why??

Well my friend believe or not here today, this morning at the gym here the very last exercise that I did for “my” shoulders here, were none other than… “Up-Right Rows” ok!

Gee Nino your kidding “me” here… right?

My friend how many times do I have to tell you here, I couldn’t be more serious..ok!

My friend that being said here… would you like to hear “my” thoughts today now, on doing these “Up-Right Rows” for our shoulders?

Yeah Nino absolutely… let’s hear it!

Ok my friend… listen-up!

Ok my friend almost every bodybuilder out there in our society today will tell you, that if you really want build up your traps  here “big time”…. “Up-Right Rows” is the best exercise that you can do here, to make that happen ok!

Gee Nino, that’s funny that you should this….ok!

Nino because lately at “my” gym here… I’ve been seeing alot of young bodybuilders like myself here, do “Upright-Right Rows” for building up their traps ok!

Well my friend what are you waiting for… you should start doing them too!

Oh hold on a minute here my friend I forgot….. you wanted “me” to show you today, how the “Up-Right Rows” should be done here, so you can avoid causing serious injury to your shoulders!

My friend… am I right?

Gee Nino what do think absolutely…ok!

Listen Nino I’ve been here with you long enough now to know, that using proper form when doing a certain excercise is extremely imporant for “me” to do here, if I want to acheive “my” “Dream Body” here someday…ok!

My friend I was just testing you here today, I couldn’t have said it any better here myself…ok!

Ok my friend the proper way…. you should go about doing ”Up-Right Rows” for your traps here, is to stand in an upright position placing your hands in the middle of the bar here, and pull it up to underneath your chin then slowly bring the barbell down!

My friend that being said here…. what do say we stop talking about doing these “Up-Right Rows” today, and physically go to the gym together now and do some here?

Nino absolutely I’ve been waiting all day here, let’s go pump up our traps together…”No Excuses”!!
