My Thoughts On Doing Hack Squats
Hello my friend…. welcome back!
My friend that being said here…. how have you been?
Well Nino I’m glad you asked “me” that, right off the bat here today…ok!

Well Nino I know that it’s been quite awhile here, since we’ve discussed how “my” training has been going here lately..ok!
Gee my friend your absolutely right…. it has been quite awhile here, since we had an opportunity to talk about your training progress here lately…ok!
Well Nino hold that thought here today because…. guess what??

Well Nino once again here today, you’ll be happy to know that I just added another new exercise here, to “my” daily leg routine…ok!
My friend that’s great…. what is it??
Well Nino this new leg exercise that I just started doing here in the last couple of weeks, just happens to be called “Hack Squats” here…ok!
Hold on my friend….. did you just say “Hack Squats?
Yeah Nino I sure did… why?
Well my friend it just so happens… that I just got done doing some “Hack Squats” here myself, at the gym this morning as well ok!
Gee Nino.. your kidding “me”!
My friend absolutely not… I’m telling you the truth ok!

Nino that being said here.. I was hoping for our next topic of discussion here together this week, that I could possibly get your thoughts on doing “Hack Squats?

Nino that being said here… you’ll be happy to know today, that I’m still faithfully doing them everytime I train “my” legs ok!
Nino if you don’t mind “me” asking… why did you bring up, “Squats” here again out of the blue today?
Nino because I thought we were going to discuss, doing ”Hack Squats” together here today?

Ok my friend…listen up!
Ok my friend…. wouldn’t you agree with “me here today, that “Hack Squats” and Squats are basically the same exercises here that focuses on working your quadriceps?
Absolutely Nino… I sure do!
Nino because ever since I started doing these exercises together here when I’m training ”my” legs, I’ve seen a huge difference in the overall size increase of “my” quadricep muscles….ok!
My friend… that’s great to hear ok!

Well my friend believe or not here today…. I have found one major difference here, that I believe makes doing ”Hack Squats” a little bit more effective for your quadriceps, to grow more… than doing ”Squats” here ok!
Really Nino… what might that difference be?

Well my friend as you probably have noticed here since you’ve been doing your “Hack Squats” here lately, your able to isolate your quadricep muscles alot more here, than if you were doing your “Squats”.
My friend that being said here…. wouldn’t you agree with “me” on this?

Well my friend once again here today.. I’m about to tell you ok!

Well my friend the reason is simply this… when your doing ”Hack Squats” here, your back is planted against the pad at all times during the exercise, which will allow no tension to be placed on your lower back but keep it all on your quadricep muscles without any excuses..ok!
My friend that being said here… that is not case here when your doing your ”Squats”, because as you probably have noticed here your back has a tendency of coming into play from time to time during the exercise, due to your back being slightly bent over ok!
My friend with all this being said…. wouldn’t you agree??
Yeah Nino come to think of it… your absolutely right!
Nino because I definitely find when I’m doing “my” “Squats” here from time to time, I tend to feel that some of the tension is put on “my” lower back, instead of it all being put on “my” quadricep muscles… where it should be during the entire exercise ok!
Nino that being said….. what do you say we get out of here today, and hit the gym together to do some more “Hack Squats”?
