My Thoughts On Doing Decline Presses

Hey my friend… welcome back!

My friend that being said…. how have things been going with you here lately, in regards to your training?

Gee Nino that’s funny you would be asking “me” this very question here, right off the bat today..ok!

Gee My friend…. why’s that??

Well Nino once again here this week… I have some news to tell you here, regarding “my” daily chest training routine ok!

Awesome my friend… what is it?

Well Nino once again here today… you’ll be happy to know that I just added another new exercise here, to “my” daily chest routine ok!

My friend your kidding “me” here today.. right?

Absolutely not Nino… I couldn’t be more serious here today ok!

Gee my friend that sounds like a line, that I always use on you here from time to time… I like it!

My friend that being said here… I believe you!

Ok my friend that being said… I’m curious to find out today in just what this new chest exercise is called here, that you just added to your daily chest routine!

Well Nino listen up here today… because I’m about to tell you ok!

Great my friend I’m all ears… let “me” hear it!

Well Nino this new chest exercise that I just added to “my” daily chest routine here, just happens to be “Decline Presses”…ok!

My friend…. did you just say, “Decline Presses” here today?

Yeah Nino…why??

Well my friend believe or not here today… I just got done doing a couple sets of “Decline Presses” here, at the gym this morning for “my” chest ok!

Gee Nino that’s awesome…..ok!

Nino because I was kind of hoping today… for our next topic of discussion here together, that you could possibly give “me” your own thoughts here, on doing “Decline Presses”?

My friend absolutely…. as awlays here it would be ”my” pleasure to do so, for you here today ok!

Great Nino… I’m ready if you are today ok!

My friend as you know here… I was born ready!

My friend that being said here…. let’s get rolling today!

Ok my friend to be totally honest with you here today, you just happen to have picked a very awkward exercise that being “Decline Presses” here, when training your chest.

My friend that being said here… did you know that?

Gee Nino I had absolutely no idea here..ok!

Nino that being said here…. why’s that??

Well my friend listen up here today, because I’m about to tell you…ok!

Ok Nino I’m all ears… let’s hear it!

Well my friend as your probably aware of here today, when your doing “Decline Presses” your lying down on the bench with your head going in a downward position here ok!

My friend that being said here… that is why I find “Decline Presses” awkward here today to be doing for your chest, because your having to press the bar up with your chest and head lying in a downward position..ok!

My friend that being said here… wouldn’t you agree with “me” on this?

Yeah Nino…absolutely!

Nino that being said here… it’s funny that you should be say this very thing today, about “Decline Presses” here ok!

Gee my friend… why’s that?

Well Nino ever since I started doing “Decline Presses” here lately for “my” chest, I definitely without a doubt been finding it very awkward to be doing as well here..ok!

Nino because how “my” head and chest here, are positioned downward on the bench like you said…ok!

Nino that being said here… just for that reason alone I have been very careful not to use too much weight, so I can control the movement to be able to place the bar on the lower part of “my” chest here ok!

Gee my friend… I can’t believe it!

Gee Nino… what is it?

Well my friend once again here today… your really showing “me” how you’ve matured over the years here, since we’ve been together in regards to your training knowledge ok!

My friend that being said here… that’s exactly what your supposed to do here, when your starting any new exercise for the very first time ok!

My friend so you can get the feel in how the exercise is supposed to be performed correctly here, so you can receive the maximum benefits from it, without any excuses here in why you can’t…ok!

My friend that being said here… I have a great idea!

Gee Nino… what is it?

Well my friend.. what do say we head back to the gym together here today, and do a couple more sets of “Decline Presses??

Gee Nino that sounds good to “me” here today… let’s go!
