Well Nino to be totally honest with you here today, I’m so excited to be here….ok!
Nino because I have some great news to tell you here today, regarding “my” daily tricep training routine…ok!
Awesome my friend…. what is it??
Well Nino you’ll be happy to know here today, that I just added another new tricep exercise here to “my” daily tricep training routine..ok!
My friend that is great news…ok!
My friend that being said here… what’s the name of this new tricep exercise here today, that you just added to your daily tricep routine called?
Well Nino it just happens to be…”Close Grip Barbell Presses” here today ok!
My friend… I can’t believe it!

Well my friend believe or not here today… this morning at the gym I worked “my” triceps, and the very first exercise I did here just happen be, “Close Grip Barbell Presses” ok!
Gee Nino… your kidding “me”!
My friend as always here today…. I couldn’t be more serious ok!

Well Nino that being said… I was hoping for our next topic of discussion here together this week, you would be able to possibly give “me” your own thoughts here today, on doing “Close Grip Barbell Presses”?

Well Nino I just want to get, “my” pen and pad out today…ok!
Nino so I can definitely make sure here that I’m doing “my” “Close Grip Barbell Presses” correctly, so I can get the maximum results possible out of the exercise without any excuses here..ok!

Ok my friend let “me” start off by saying to you here today, that you’ve been really showing “me” here lately how determined you are to keep your daily workouts interesting, by you adding new exercises here from time to time to every part of your body…ok!
My friend that being said here… that only tells “me”, one thing here about you today ok!

My friend it’s quite simple here…. your really continuing to showing “me”, that your really serious here about acheiving that “dream body” of yours this year ok!
Absolutely Nino… this is why I keep adding new exercises quite often here, to “my” daily training regime so “my” muscles can continually be challenged here and keep on growing at the same time, without any excuses in why they can’t… ok!
Well my friend your definitely doing that to your triceps here latley, by adding “Close Grip Barbell Presses” to your daily tricep routine…ok!
My friend because your triceps are without a doubt here being challenged “big time”, with every rep that you do..ok!

Well my friend I’m glad you asked that here, because I’m about to tell you why…ok!
My friend that being said here… are you listening and ready to write this down today?
Yeah Nino absolutely… go ahead!
Well my friend as your probably well aware of here today, “Close Grip Barbell Presses” are quite different than “Regular Barbell Presses”…ok!
My friend that being said here…. wouldn’t you agree with “me” on that?
Yeah Nino absolutely…ok!
Nino that being said here…. can I tell you why, that’s the case here today?
My friend absolutely…. I would love to hear, your explanation here today ok!
Ok Nino as your well aware of here today… when your doing “Close Grip Barbell Presses” here, you have to place your hands quite close on to the bar and press it up…ok!
Nino that right there is definitely without doubt here… challenging your tricep muscles “big time”, by the positioning of your hands on the bar ok!
Nino that being said here today… it’s just the opposite here when were doing regular barbell presses, where are hands are placed farther apart on to the bar here, which definitely makes it easier on your triceps to press the bar up ok!
Nino that being said here today… how did I do on “my” explanation here, telling you the difference between “Close Grip Barbell Presses” and “Regular Barbell Presses?
My friend once again here today, I couldn’t have summed it up any better myself..ok!

Well Nino I say we get out of here today, and hit the gym together to “superset” some “Regular Barbell Presses” with some “Close Grip Barbell Presses” here…. “No Excuses”!
My friend… now your talking “my” language here today ok!
My friend that being said let’s go blast, our triceps here together today… “No Excuses”!!
