Well Nino to be totally honest with you here, I had a rough weekend.. ok!

Well Nino I know how much you’ve been stressing to “me” here, in the last three years about the importance of “me” sticking to “my” diet, in order to acheive that “dream body” of mine…ok!
Nino that being said here…. I don’t think your going to be to happy with “me” today, of what I’m about to tell you ok!

Well Nino saturday night I went out to dinner with a couple of friends of mine, and had some pizza along with some chicken wings…ok!
Ok Nino now this is where you come in and tell “me”, how unhappy you are with “me” by “me” going off “my” diet…. right!
Gee my friend I hate to disappoint you here today, but I’m actually thrilled by what you just told “me”….ok!
Gee Nino… are you feeling ok today??
Nino because if anything you should be ready to tell “me”, how disappointed you are with “me” today, by “me” going off “my” diet plan this weekend… ok!
My friend I’m sorry, but I’m not going to do that… ok!

Ok my friend believe or not here… you should consider your diet plan, like you do your training regime each week.

Yeah Nino absolutely…. I sure do!
Nino that being said… ever since we had that discussion on “Over Training”, I now give “my” body a couple days off a week from the weights ok!

Well Nino like “my” training each week here, I also need to give myself a break from “my” diet once a week, to keep “my” body and myself happy…. right!

Ok my friend as you know here from time to time, we ALL get cravings about food… mine being pizza.
My friend that being said here… there is NO way that I’m going to deprive myself, to have a couple slices of “my” mom’s homemade pizza, at least once a week ok!
My friend because the last thing I want to do here, is to upset “my” mom and not have her homemade pizza at least once a week..ok!

Nino I believe the main purpose of Nino’s Mission is strictly to help others in our society today, who are in need of some guidance on certain issues that they might be struggling with in their lives ok!

My friend believe or not here the main reason why God gave his life for our’s today, is so that we can use the gifts that he’s given us, to soley benefit that one person who might be in need of some help in their life…..ok!

Listen my friend once God see’s that your using the gifts, that he’s given you to soley help another person in need, “he” will reward you by pouring out many blessings in your own life today without any excuses.. ok!
Gee Nino I think God has already started doing that, by “him” bringing Nino’s Mission into “my” life today… ok!
Well my friend once again here…. you can thank God for bringing Vanessa Cambria and her husband Mark along with Tom Venuto into “my” life today, for making Nino’s Mission possible so I can use ”my” gifts, that God has given “me” to help others around the world ok!
