My Thoughts On Doing Incline Presses

Hey my friend… how are you today?
Well Nino as a matter here things are going well… especially with “my” training regime lately ok!
My friend that’s great to hear.. ok!
My friend believe or not here… I was just about to ask you, how your training has been going lately and you beat “me” to it.
My friend that being said…. what’s got you so excited, with your training regime here lately?
Well Nino I’m glad you asked “me” that… ok!
Nino because I have some news for you today, regarding “my” daily chest routine ok!
Awesome my friend…. what is it??
Well Nino once again here… you’ll be happy to know today, that I just added a new exercise to “my” daily chest routine ok!
Nino that being said here… would you like to try and guess in naming this new chest exercise today, that I’m doing in “my” chest routine lately?
Ok my friend once again here… I’ll give it “my” best shot, in naming your new chest excersise today.
Ok my friend that being said here… does it happen to be “Incline Presses??
Gee Nino…. I can’t believe it!
My friend what is it… did I guess wrong?
Nino it’s just the opposite here… ok!
Nino because once again here, your right on the money… ok!
Nino that being said here… how did you know that I was talking about “Incline Presses” today, as “my” new chest exercise?
Well my friend to be totally honest here… I didn’t ok!
My friend I just took a wild guess here, like you told “me”….ok!
Ok my friend that being said here…… how do like doing “Incline Presses”?
Well Nino so far I like doing them…. especially using the dumbells, instead of “me” using the barbell ok!
Nino that being said here…. I was hoping today, that I could maybe possibly get your thoughts on doing “Incline Presses”?

Well Nino I’ve been reading in alot of these different muscle magazines here lately, that “Incline Presses” is the best exercise to be doing, to help develop your upper chest.. ok!
Nino that being said here… would you tend to agree with “me” on that?
Absolutely my friend… without a doubt ok!
My friend that being said here…. I would like to add one more thing today, on doing “Incline Presses” ok!

Ok my friend I want to go back to what you said to “me” earlier, when you told “me” that your using the dumbells when your doing your “Incline Presses”, instead of you using the barbell.

Well my friend listen up here…. because I’m about to tell you ok!
Ok Nino…. I’m all ears!
Ok my friend as you probably found out already here, doing “Incline Presses” with the barbell is kind of boring.
Gee Nino… what do you mean by that?
Well my friend what I mean here is, your unable to get a good squeeze at the top for your upper chest when you bring the barbell up ok!
My friend that being said here… do you understand, what I’m trying to say to you here?
Actually Nino I sure do…ok!
Nino because I’ve been finding out here lately, with “me” doing ”Incline Presses” with the dumbells, I’m able to arch them in when I bring them up and really get a good squeeze for “my” upper chest….ok!
Nino that being said here…. with “me” using the barbell I’m unable to do that, because it’s only one motion up and down with the bar, and I definitely cannot get that good squeeze at the top like I can with “me” using the dumbells ok!
Nino that being said here… your absolutely right, doing “Incline Presses” with the barbell here is without a doubt boring.
Nino I also what to add with “me” using the dumbells instead of the barbell, I’ve been noticing alot more definition here in “my” upper chest lately..ok!
Nino that being said here… I have a great idea!
My friend… what is it?
Nino… what do you say we hit the gym together now, and go do a couple sets of dumbell “Incline Presses”?
My friend now your talking… lead the way to the dumbell rack!
