My Thoughts On Doing Preacher Curls

Well my friend to be totally honest with you here, “my” day started off a little rough but now that your here, things couldn’t be better.. ok!

Well Nino once again here.. you’ll be happy to know today, that I just added a new exercise to “my” bicep routine ok!
My friend that’s great…. what is it?
Well Nino before I tell you…. would you like to try and guess, on what the name of “my” new bicep exercise might be?
Ok my friend I’ll give it “my” best shot here, to try and guess on what this bicep exercise might be, that you just added to your routine!
Ok Nino I’m all ears… let “me” hear it!
Ok my friend does this new bicep exercise that your doing, happen to be called.. “Preacher Curls”?

Well my friend to be totally honest with you here, believe it or not “Preacher Curls” happen to be one of “my” all time favorites to be doing, when I’m training “my” biceps..ok!
Gee Nino that’s awesome…. because believe or not here, that holds true for “me too ever since I put them into “my” bicep routine ok!

Ok my friend today I’m going to give you one very good reason why, “Preacher Curls” are one of “my” favorites of all time to be doing, when I’m training “my” biceps!

Well my friend believe it or not once again here, you happen to be doing the most challenging bicep exercises out of all the rest that are out there today, when your training your biceps…ok!
My friend that being said here…. did you know that?
Gee Nino I had absolutely no idea here, that “Preacher Curls” actually fell into the category of being the most challenging exercises to be doing, out of all the rest that are out there today when your training your biceps.. ok!
Well my friend to be totally honest with you here today, I had absolutely no idea either until I started doing them…ok!
My friend that being said here… would you like “me” to tell you why, I feel “Preacher Curls” are the most challenging exercises to be doing, when your training your biceps today?
Yeah Nino absolutely… I’m all ears!
Ok my friend for starters “Preacher Curls” really allows you to develop a good peak on your biceps, if you do them correctly with a strict slow motion.
My friend let “me” give you an example, of what I mean here….ok!
Ok Nino because I definitely want to make sure here, that I’ve been doing “my” “Preacher Curls” correctly if I want to develop a good peak on “my” biceps…. like yours!
My friend…. I really appreciate the comment ok!
My friend but I’ll be the first to tell you today, that I’ve ONLY been able to develop a good peak on “my” biceps here, strictly because of “my” form and nothing else..ok!
My friend that being said here… let’s see if you’ve been doing, your “preacher Curls” correctly ok!

Ok my friend the first thing that you want to make sure here, when your doing your “Preacher Curls”, is that you keep your elbows on the pad at ALL times during your set.

Gee Nino to be totally honest with here…. I haven’t been keeping “my” elbows on the pad, at All times during “my” sets ok!

Well my friend I can’t begin to tell you today, how many people I see at “my” gym when their doing “Preacher Curls”, totally lift their elbows off the pad…ok!

Gee Nino it’s really funny that you should be saying this, because I definitely think without a doubt here, I’ve been doing the exact same thing..ok!

My friend… what do you say we get out of here today, and hit the gym to do some “Preacher Curls together “The No Excuses Way”?

Nino that being said here… I have a strong feeling after our discussion today on “Preacher Curls”, I’m going to really start developing that peak on “my” biceps here, in no time at all ok!

Ok Nino… I going to start using alot lighter weight here, when I’m doing “my” “Preacher Curls” from now on, so I can make sure that “my” elbows stay glued to the pad at ALL times…ok!
Nino so I can get the full benefit of the exercise here, so I can allow the peaks on “my” biceps to really start developing the right way…ok!
