My Thoughts On Red Meat

Hey Nino…. I’m sorry to keep you waiting today!

My friend how many times do I have to tell you, never apologize to “me” for being a little late, it happens to everyone from time to time… ok!

Ok Nino I promise from now on I’ll never apologize to you, for “me” being a little late here again…ok!

Ok my friend… that sounds good to “me” here today!

My friend that being said here I’m just a little curious…. why were you running a little late today?

Well Nino I know how much you stress to “me” here, the importance of “me” eating every three hours…ok!

Nino that being said here…. I wanted to make sure that I ate “my” lunch, before I came today ok!

My friend once again here.. I’m so proud of you, how your sticking to eating every three hours….ok!

My friend because as you know here that’s what keeps your metabolism working, so it can constantly burn off that bodyfat to help you stay lean..ok!

My friend that being said here… what did you have for lunch today?

Well Nino I just happen to have had, a big fat juicy steak for lunch today… ok!

My friend….. did you just say that you had a steak for lunch today??

Yeah Nino I sure did… why?

Well my friend steak just happens to be one of ”my” favorites to be eating, in “my” diet here… ok!

My friend that being said…. in our next topic of discussion this week, I’m going to give you “my” thoughts on “Red Meat” ok!

Gee Nino that would be awesome… ok!

Nino because ever since I’ve starting putting a little ”Red Meat” into “my” diet here, I’ve never felt stronger…ok!

My friend.. that’s great to hear!

My friend that being said…. here we go again!

Well my friend let “me” start off today by telling you today, how important it is for you to be putting “Red Meat” daily into your diet… especially when your training ok!

My friend that being said here.. can I ask you a question?

Yeah Nino sure…. what is it?

My friend since you’ve been eating that “Red Meat” on a daily basis… have you seen your weight increase a little especially when your benching?

Gee Nino it’s funny that you should mention this, because “my” bench has definitely gone up, since I’ve been eating “Red Meat”…ok! 

Nino that being said…. can I ask you a question now?

My friend absolutely… what is it?

Ok Nino…. what type of ingredient does “Red Meat” have in it, that’s making “me” so strong here lately?

My friend that’s a great question, and the answer is quite simple..ok!

My friend… are you listening?

Yeah Nino I sure am… go ahead!

Well my friend the answer to your question should be of no surprise you, because we’ve discussed it here before…ok!

My friend that being said… would you like to try and guess, in what that ingredient in “Red Meat” might be?

Ok Nino… is the ingredient “Creatine”?

My friiend… your absolutely right!

My friend that being said here… almost every bodybuilder out there today knows how important it is, to have a little ”Creatine” daily in their diet ok!

My friend that being said here… “Red Meat” just happens to supply a great amount of “Creatine”, which is no doubt going to increase your strength as your already finding out ok!

Nino that being said here… I have a great idea!

My friend…. what is it?

Nino… what do you say we get out of here today, and go eat some steak together?
