My Thoughts On Doing Pull-Ups

Hello my friend…. welcome back!

Hey Nino as always…. it’s great to back!

Nino that being said… I have some great news for you today!

Awesome my friend… what is it?

Well Nino I just came from the gym, and I had one of “my” best back workouts ever here since I’ve been training….ok!

Awesome…. my friend!

My friend that being said… what made this back workout, stand out from all of the rest that you’ve done so far?

Gee Nino… I had a feeling, you were going to ask “me” that ok!

Nino that being said listen up…. because I’m about to tell you ok!

Ok my friend I’m all ears… go ahead!

Well Nino you’ll be happy to know today, that I put a new exercise in “my” back routine… ok!

Awesome my friend…. what is it??

Well Nino it just happens to be, one of the most challenging exercises here when we’re training our back…ok!

Nino that being said here…. would you like to take a wild guess, and tell “me” what that challenging back exercise might be?

Ok my friend…. does the back exercise happen to be “Pull-Ups”?

Gee Nino… I can’t believe it!

Gee my friend what is it… did I guess wrong?

Nino it’s just the opposite… you guessed absolutely right ok!

Nino that being said… I was hoping today in our next discussion, that I could get your thoughts on doing “Pull-Ups” ok!

Ok my friend.. here we go again!

Well my friend let “me” start off by saying to you today, how extremely proud I am of you lately in regards to your training… ok!

Gee Nino… why’s that?

My friend it should be of no surprise to you… which is simply this ok!

My friend… do you recall awhile back on our discussion we had about “Dips”, when you told “me” that you started putting them, into your tricep routine?

Yeah Nino absolutely…. as a matter of fact here, I’m still doing them ok!

Well my friend this time around you came to “me”, telling “me” that you put another new exercise into your routine… this time regarding your back ok!

My friend that being said…. that’s the reason why I’m so proud of you lately regarding your training, because your really showing “me” that you want to be challenged here, with your workouts.. ok!

Gee Nino I guess your right.. I am challenging myself with “my” training lately!

Yes my friend you sure are… keep up the good work!

Ok my friend… I’m sorry to get off track here on our discussion on doing “Pull-Ups” today, but I felt that was important to say… ok!

Gee Nino… are you kidding “me”, I’m glad that you did… ok!

Nino because you just motivated “me” here today, to keep doing those “Pull-Ups”… ok!

Awesome my friend keep pulling… “No Excuses”!

My friend that being said… now I’m going to share with you, one very good reason why “Pull-Ups” are a great exercise to be doing, for your back today… ok!

Ok Nino go ahead…. I’m listening!

Well my friend it’s no secret today that almost every bodybuilder in our society, is striving to achieve that V-tapered back here, when it’s time for them to compete…ok!

My friend that being said…. would you tend to agree with “me” on that assumption?

Gee Nino absolutely…. I sure do!

Nino because that’s what I’m trying to achieve here for myself, by “me” putting “Pull-Ups” into “my” back routine, that V-tapered look that I so much desire to have this year…ok!

Well my friend… I have some news for you today ok!

Well my friend it’s quite simple… keep doing those “Pull-Ups” here, week after week ok!

My friend because before you know it, your going to achieve that V-tapered back this year without any excuses…ok!

Gee Nino how can I stop now, after hearing all this about “Pull-Ups” from you today..ok!

Nino that being said… I just came up with a great idea!

Well Nino.. what do you say we get out of here today, and go do some “Pull-Ups” together?

My Thoughts On Red Meat

Hey Nino…. I’m sorry to keep you waiting today!

My friend how many times do I have to tell you, never apologize to “me” for being a little late, it happens to everyone from time to time… ok!

Ok Nino I promise from now on I’ll never apologize to you, for “me” being a little late here again…ok!

Ok my friend… that sounds good to “me” here today!

My friend that being said here I’m just a little curious…. why were you running a little late today?

Well Nino I know how much you stress to “me” here, the importance of “me” eating every three hours…ok!

Nino that being said here…. I wanted to make sure that I ate “my” lunch, before I came today ok!

My friend once again here.. I’m so proud of you, how your sticking to eating every three hours….ok!

My friend because as you know here that’s what keeps your metabolism working, so it can constantly burn off that bodyfat to help you stay lean..ok!

My friend that being said here… what did you have for lunch today?

Well Nino I just happen to have had, a big fat juicy steak for lunch today… ok!

My friend….. did you just say that you had a steak for lunch today??

Yeah Nino I sure did… why?

Well my friend steak just happens to be one of ”my” favorites to be eating, in “my” diet here… ok!

My friend that being said…. in our next topic of discussion this week, I’m going to give you “my” thoughts on “Red Meat” ok!

Gee Nino that would be awesome… ok!

Nino because ever since I’ve starting putting a little ”Red Meat” into “my” diet here, I’ve never felt stronger…ok!

My friend.. that’s great to hear!

My friend that being said…. here we go again!

Well my friend let “me” start off today by telling you today, how important it is for you to be putting “Red Meat” daily into your diet… especially when your training ok!

My friend that being said here.. can I ask you a question?

Yeah Nino sure…. what is it?

My friend since you’ve been eating that “Red Meat” on a daily basis… have you seen your weight increase a little especially when your benching?

Gee Nino it’s funny that you should mention this, because “my” bench has definitely gone up, since I’ve been eating “Red Meat”…ok! 

Nino that being said…. can I ask you a question now?

My friend absolutely… what is it?

Ok Nino…. what type of ingredient does “Red Meat” have in it, that’s making “me” so strong here lately?

My friend that’s a great question, and the answer is quite simple..ok!

My friend that being said… would you like to try and guess, in what that ingredient in “Red Meat” might be?

Ok Nino… is the ingredient “Creatine”?

My friiend… your absolutely right!

My friend that being said here… almost every bodybuilder out there today knows how important it is, to have a little ”Creatine” daily in their diet ok!

My friend that being said here… “Red Meat” just happens to supply a great amount of “Creatine”, which is no doubt going to increase your strength as your already finding out ok!

Nino that being said here… I have a great idea!
