The Importance Of Using Proper Form

Hey Nino… what’s up?

Hey my friend…. it’s great to see you again!

My friend that being said….. things are going ok with “me” here lately!

So my friend let “me” ask you now…. how have things been going with you here lately?

Well Nino I’m glad you asked…. ok!

Nino because the other day I was training “my” back in the gym pretty heavy, and I’m afraid I pulled a muscle!

My friend… that certainly doesn’t sound good at all!

Gee Nino I know….. tell “me” about it!

Nino that being said….. I just came from seeing “my” doctor and “he” told “me”, that I pulled a muscle in “my” lower back ok!

My friend that certainly doesn’t sound like good news, to “me” at all here …ok!

Gee Nino once again…. tell “me” about it ok!

Nino because as you know here I’ve been really focused again lately in achieving “my” “dream body”, getting myself consistently back into the gym 4-5 days a week …ok!

My friend…. would you mind if I ask you a question here?

Gee Nino absolutely not…. what is it?

Well my friend I’m almost afraid to ask this, but I have to know…ok!

My friend what made you decide to go and train heavy…. all of a sudden here?

My friend the only reason why I ask that is because of the fact that you’ve been focused here lately on doing more reps, so you can get more ripped for the summer!

My friend that being said….. is that still the case with you here?

Gee Nino absolutely…..ok!

Nino because “my” goal here by the end of the summer, is to be as ripped as you are here ….. ok!

Well my friend that certainly is not going to happen if your training heavy with the weights, and keeping your reps to under 15 repetitons….ok!

Gee Nino I know that…..ok!

Nino that being said…. I might as well tell you the bad news ok!

My friend I have a strong feeling here…. that I already know what it is ok!

Ok Nino….. would you like to take a guess?

Ok my friend…. I think your about to tell “me” that due to your back injury, your not going to be training here for awhile!

My friend…. am I right in assuming that?

Gee Nino it really seems that your on the ball today…. because your absolutely right again!

Well my friend that being said…. I might as well ask you another??

Ok Nino sure….what is it?

Well my friend when you were going heavy training your back… how was your form?

Gee Nino I had a feeling that you were going to ask “me” that eventually today… ok!

Well Nino you can probably guess…. it wasn’t great at all ok!

Gee my friend… why not?

Well Nino as you know here if your training heavy with the weights and keeping your reps low, there’s a very good chance that your form is NOT the best…ok!

Gee my friend I think you just gave “me” a great idea here, for our next topic of discussion this week ….ok!

My friend… would you like to take a guess here, and tell “me” what that topic might be?

Gee Nino…. absolutely!

Well Nino something tells “me” today were going to be discussing how imporant it is to use proper form, when your training in the gym today!

Nino that being said…. am I right?

My friend once again here I couldn’t have summed it up any better myself…. because your absolutely right!

Ok my friend that being said…. I want you to pay very close attention today, as I give you to very good reasons why it’s so important to use proper form, when your training in the gym ok!

Gee Nino I promise you that your going to have “my” complete undivided attention today, on our discussion… ok!

Nino because I definitely don’t want to have to deal with another injury to “my” body, where it could cause “me” to be out of the gym even longer than two weeks….ok!

My friend that makes two of us… ok!

Ok my friend…. are you ready for “me” to give you two very good reasons today, why it’s so important to use proper form when your training in the gym?

Yeah Nino…. absolutely!

Ok my friend….. here we go again!

Well my friend believe or not here you already came up with giving “me” the first reason today, why it’s so important to use proper form when your training in the gym….ok!

My friend that being said….would you like to take a guess here and tell “me”, what that first reason might be?

Ok Nino I have a strong feeling the first reason why we should be using proper form when we’re training in the gym, is so that we can reduce the risk of us getting injured!

Nino that being said… is that the first reason you were looking for here today?

My friend once again here I couldn’t have said it any better myself…. because your absolutely right!

Listen my friend once again here I’m only telling you this today, because I care about your well being… ok!

Gee Nino how many times do we have to go through this….. which is simply this!

Nino I want you to be totally honest with “me” on things in “my” life, because that’s the ONLY way I’m going to learn…. ok!

My friend once again here…. I’m so happy that you see it that way ok!

Ok my friend that being said…. are you ready to hear the last reason today, why it’s so important for you to use proper form when your training in the gym?

Yeah Nino…. I’m all ears!

Well my friend this last reason that I’m about to give you here today, should without any excuses whatsoever be enough to convince you, of how imporant it is for you to being using proper form when your training….ok!

Ok Nino….. let’s see if your right about that!

Well my friend we all know of how hard you’ve been training lately here, to achieve that “dream body” of yours …. ok!

My friend that being said here….. would you still agree with “me” on that assumption?

Yeah Nino absolutely….. ok!

Nino because like I said that’s one of “my” goals here that I’m determined, to accomplish successfully this year… ok!

Ok my friend….GREAT!

My friend then I would strongly suggest here today, that you take this last reason that I’m about to give you very seriously…. ok!

Ok Nino…. it’s a deal!

Ok my friend…. you can be rest assured here that if you continue to use bad form when your training today in the gym, it’s going to be nearly impossible for you to achieve your “dream body” this year…. ok!

Listen my friend the only reason why I’m saying this to you is because I’ve seen alot bodybuilders in the past here, cut their careers short of them competing….ok!

Gee Nino…. why’s that?

Well my friend it’s pretty simple here… ok!

My friend due to them causing serious injuries to their bodies strictly because of them, not focusing on using proper form when their training…ok!

Gee Nino I certainly don’t want that to happen to “me”…. ok!

Nino because like I said here…. I’m determined to get “my” “dream body” this year ok!

Well my friend then I would strongly recommend here today that when you get back into the gym training in a couple of weeks, you do one thing for “me”….ok!

Ok Nino sure….. what is it?

Well my friend it’s quite simple…. ok!

My friend I want you to focus more on your form…. NOT how much weight your using ok!

Gee Nino absolutely….. I promise without any excuses whatsoever why I can’t do that ok!

My friend… now your talking “my” language again!

Gee Nino…. what language might that be?

My friend it’s quite simple…. like a “No Excuses” bodybuilder!
