My Thoughts On Low Carb Diets

Hey what’s up buddy? Actually hold on to that thought….. for just a minute! I have to tell you something that happen to me….. on my way here today! Gee Nino are you ok?? Yeah buddy I’ve never been better! Well every now and then God gives me these vibes…. on a certain subject that he want’s me to talk about! In the last couple of days I’ve been reading, about all the diets that are out there! I’ll be honest with you I’m just amazed on how many there actually are today! It sort of makes me feel like…. I’ve been hiding under a rock lately!

I’ll just run off a couple of diets to you… that I came across that caught my interest! Then you can tell me how your doing! Well let’s see there’s ” The south beach diet” which I have to say, is the most successful one of all the diets out there today!  Let’s see I’m going to give you one more because there’s way too many….. plus we have to get to our next topic! I believe this one everyone has heard of and for that matter…. even been on with very few succeeding! It’s the ever popular low carb diet! Let me just share with you some facts…. that I read with this particular diet! I’ll be honest with you I wasn’t in the least surprised!

Like I said it’s definitely the most popular….. but it’s also the most unsuccessful one! One fact that really caught my eye, was that the success rate was the lowest of all the other diets listed! Ok now back to you buddy! How are you doing? Gee Nino it’s funny that you brought up diets today….. because I’m actually on one of the ones that you were talking about! Gee I knew there was a reason why God gave me this vibe… to discuss diets today! Nino would you like to guess on which one? Gee buddy that’s supposed to be my line!

Ok my guess would be…… the low carb diet! Gee Nino how did you know? Well I couldn’t help but notice when you arrived today….. you were walking very sluggish! How long have you been on this diet? For about a week now Nino…. I have to say it really works fast! Nino I’ve already dropped six pounds! Ok buddy I’m almost afraid to ask you this question…. but I need to know it’s very important! How many grams of carbs, are you intaking a day? Gee Nino I would say about fifty grams, sometimes I go to about thirty a day!

Ok I heard enough! First I want to thank God… for giving me this vibe to discuss diets today! Like I said God always knows when something this important, needs to be addressed! So in my next blog, I’m going to share with you…. my thought’s on “The Low Carb Diet”! Futhermore but most important what you are doing to your body…. by keeping your carb intake that low! I’ll tell you right now…. it’s not good!! I strongly suggest that you take out your pen and pad…. because your about to receive another valuable lesson!!

I certainly hope that you’ll have enough energy to write today!

Here we go again!

Well for starters low carb diets….. simply do not work! I consider this diet to be a quick fix, to weight loss! I’ve seen many people go on this diet not realizing, the effects and toll it will have on them both physically and mentally! I truly feel that our society today will go to any measures possible, to lose weight even though fully aware it may cause them serious health problems along the way!! Let me tell you right now buddy you are definitely, headed straight in that direction!

Listen buddy unless your training to do a bodybuilding contest soon…. even then your carb intake should not be that low! If you think back to my blog on my pre-contest diet my carb intake, was kept to about two hundred grams per day! The point I’m trying to make to you here is simple! I’m going to give you an opportunity to tell me, on what that point might be! Gee Nino I have no idea…. I just can’t think straight today! Well believe or not buddy…. that’s just the point I’m trying to get you to understand! Eventually this low carb diet will effect your ability to think straight…. and that’s already happening!

If you think this diet is only going to effect your ability….. to think straight your wrong! The most important thing your not allowing, your muscles to be fed properly! Which will allow one thing to happen…… muscle depletion!! I’ll tell you right now the process has already started for you! Gee Nino I definitely don’t want that to happen! Buddy that makes two of us! So what are you going to do about it?? Gee Nino I’m going to go back to eating my five small meals a day…. making sure I get enough carbs in each meal!

I’m certainly glad buddy that you came to your senses! Like I said low carb diets do not work! The only solution to proper weight loss…. is simply this mathematical equation! Weight training + proper nutrition + cardio = results!! That is how I’ve done it and definitely how your going to do it….. without any excuses!!
