My Philosophy Behind Eating Smaller Meals

Hey buddy I’m glad you decided to come back…. and not quit on me but more importantly quit on God! I could tell you right now…. God is looking down at you and smiling! Ok I believe that the last couple of times we’ve been together…. you’ve had something to say to me! So is there something that you want to ask me? Well actually Nino there is…. but first I want to thank you for not letting me quit! Hey buddy don’t mention it! I’ll be honest with you don’t thank me…. thank God! We all need to remember it’s all about pleasing him!! I truly believe that… your stepping in that direction! Ok now back to business! What’s on your mind?

Well Nino I’ve been following your high rep low weight philosophy…. and I’m just being patient like you said! Ok great… so what’s the problem? Well Nino I seem to have gained weight and I know it’s not muscle…. none of my pants fit me anymore! Nino I actually went up two waist sizes…. since I started working out! Nino I definitely don’t want to quit! Nino do you know why this is happening?

Ok buddy I need to ask you one question! How many times a day are you eating? Well Nino because I’m so busy…. i’m lucky if I get three meals in a day! Ok that’s all I need to know…. I know what the problem is! What Nino?? Ok this might sound weird to you…. but your not eating enough! Nino I don’t think you heard me right…. I need to lose weight not put more on! I heard you loud and clear my friend!

Well I think you just got things brewing…. for our next discussion! Great Nino! I’m all ears and I even got my notepad out…. without you telling me! Gee and you wanted to quit! Aren’t you glad you didn’t? I sure am Nino…. let’s get going! Ok buddy I see that your anxious which tells me one thing! I better start our next discussion…. before you jump out of your skin!

Well I definitely know your ready…. here we go!

Well in my next blog I’m going to teach you the proper way to start eating….. because you have been doing nothing but starving yourself! Which will only allow one thing to happen which is…. your slowing down your metabolism! This is the main reason why you’ve gained inches and weight! Well buddy what we need to do is speed up your metabolism…. and I know just how to go about doing that! I have a philosophy that will help do just that for you! Would you like to hear it? Gee Nino what do you think…. of course you haven’t steered me wrong yet! Ok buddy get ready to write down some valuable information that is guaranteed…. to get you look leaner than you ever have before!

I know what you must be thinking it’s probably some magic pill…. I’m going to have you start taking to speed your metabolism up! Well remember I certainly don’t believe in the pill philosophy….. but I certainly do believe in this one! Which is simply this…. eating five to six small meals throughout the day! I know you told me you don’t have time…. your busy! Gee and I’m not busy! I certainly find the time to eat all my meals….. and so will you without any excuses!!

Listen, think of your body like a fat burning furnace! The more fuel you put into it the more efficiently it will run and burn ….. the same goes for your body! I definitely know for a fact you haven’t been putting nearly enough fuel in your body…. to allow this to happen! This is where my philosophy will help you…. not only put in more fuel in your body! It will also allow you to burn more bodyfat quickly…. and give you that lean quality muscle you want! The main reason behind this is your metabolism will be working the way it should!

Well here’s how your going to be implementing my philosophy… into your daily routine! Are you listening?? Yeah Nino! Ok your going to break-down your meals…. by eating at least five small meals every three hours! I’m even going to tell you your protein source, carbs and fats…. that your going to be eating! As far as your protein stick to chicken, fish, egg whites and lean red meat! Next carbs keep them complex like….. brown rice, oatmeal, and sweet potatoes! Try to avoid eating starches like…. breads, pasta and cereal! Ok last, your fat source keep it simple like… all natural peanut butter, unsalted peanuts and olive oil! My advice avoid using vegetable oil… it’s not good for your arteries! Oh I almost forgot your vegetables stick to the green stuff like…. broccoli, salads and spinach!

Well there you have it buddy…. the perfect solution to your problem! Listen I know this is going to take alot more meal planning and time…. but it’s guarenteed to work for you! I follow this plan myself! How do I look to you? Gee Nino you look great! Well buddy so will you just stick to my philosophy….. and watch your body transform into a lean mean fighting machine!
