Nino,
I am so impressed with the website and with the contacts that you are making. I always knew that you could touch the lives of many people and help others learn to believe in themselves. I just wanted to let you know that the time I spent as your "trainer" will always remain the most challenging of my career, but it was also the most rewarding. I hope you will be competing in another Body Building show, it would be great for you to help others understand the week by week, day by day dedication that is truly necessary for competition. It was awesome being a part of the last show and seeing your amazing results. I know this time you'll be even better. STAY STRONG...Psycho!

Nino I got your link from a Marc David newsletter and I am thankful he put your link out there. I suffer from depression as well and also have a few old injuries that have we left me more challenged than other normal people.

I did take a positive first step and go in for a health assessment and the program instructor is going to show me how to lift properly with a disabled right hand without causing undue stress or further injury. For me that has been a chronic fear since the hand injury that has taken out 50% of the strength in my right hand as well as the dexterity, and felxibility.

I had somehow let this get me and am struggling out of the black hole and trying to take my life black.

Hey Nino, I've been reading some of your info on your web site. Great stuff man ! I'm a bit confused as to an article I read about you having a disability ? I am a person with a disability too, mine is both a physical and mental disability. I am getting back into bodybuilding and I have been doing good for the past year. My disability stems from "Major Depression" which I have to take Zoloft in order to function right. This diagnoses "since 1992" has cause me to also have "Chronic Fatigue" Insomnia, Attention Defecit Dissorder, Appettite Disruption, and a whole list of other symptoms that Major Depression causes a person. For a person such as myself, IT IS EXTREMELY HARD TO "Live a normal life" What kind of Disability do you have ? You know, I have struggled to overcome my disability and fight it, and like I said , I have been hitting the weights for the past year. I'm 6'2" 218 lbs, Decent looking 17 1/2 inch arms, Bench workout 230lbs and a Bicep workout pretty much like your Bicep workout that I read on your web site. I am a very good looking 43 year old Hispanic male, the ladies love me, and althoug I have a Mental Illness Disability, which is often times "Devastating" I have overcome part of it by hitting the weights. Any person who were to meet me for the first time in person would think "Wow, this guy looks great ! or " I would never ! have assumed that this guy has a Mental Disability." Anyway, keep up the good work, I like your mission. Geno, Salinas, CA.
